Everything from the reception to room was amazing, the staff was very attentive as my wife is disabled and well cared for by the staff. Rooms were very clean, bed were super comfy. AC was working very well. carpark is a good size and was quiet at night time. Cleaning staff was amazing and cleaned and replenished our room daily at a very high quality as we stayed for 4 nights as our 4 monthly break, we have stayed at Premier inns every year at least 3 times a year and this is by far one of the best.

Checked in late as had meant to stay elsewhere in Bishopston that was double the price per night, but it had turned out to be filthy. We were glad of a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room for one night that was well located for us, had free parking, and friendly service.

Very easy to book, very friendly receptionist on phone who changed my room to an accessible one. Lovely clean rooms, very kind, caring, helpful receptionists at the hotel. Breakfast very good, all we could eat and evening meal served promptly and nothing was too much to ask. Good location and easy to find. Very reasonably priced too.

Great room with an awesome bed. Very clean with a great shower. Food in the restaurant was great and the staff were very friendly. The tv was only a small model but was adequate. The parking was fine with plenty of space even on a Saturday evening. Very much recommended.

Small premier inn 23 rooms attached to brewers fayre. All Staff welcoming and helpful. Chose full meal deal,all meals hot and tasty. Gower 30min drive,Great Week

The usual good value Premier Inn stay, room clean and comfortable, pretty quiet despite being next to the carpark. Handy location for my work. Reception very helpful trying to find a charger lead for my iPad. I expect I'll stay for work again.

One of the best Premier Inns. Good location, close to the beach and countryside. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Usual good value Premier Inn. Helpful reception staff, tried hard to find a charger lead for me and phoned when I left my iPad behind. I may, just May, have picked up food poisoning during my stay, but that’s not certain. I’ll probably stay here for work again.

The room and bed were very comfortable and the tea facility was welcoming after a long drive. The staff were friendly and very helpful... However if you're looking for a good night's sleep then take earplugs... The noise from fellow guests didnt stop until 3.30am..not the hotels fault but the floors were very creaky and sound came through the doors. The signs up to tiptoe weren't being read!! Next time I'll go prepared.
