Fantastic location, right in the mix of everything you could want in terms of pubs, shops, restaurants and the beach. Martin is the host with the most, nothing is too much trouble and he's a wizard in the kitchen too. I left every day with a tummy and didn't need lunch once! Very comfortable room, bed was like lying on a cloud, and it's like a home from home. Thanks Martin!

I had a lovely stay at No. 9 Guest House. It’s close to the city center, which made getting around super easy. The breakfasts were tasty, and the owner was incredibly friendly, offering great tips on interesting places to visit nearby. Highly recommend!

Martin the host was very accomadating and friendly. Nothing was to much for him. Good central location, however housekeeping of the hotel could do with improving cleanliness is poor and some maintanence issues doors not fitting properly. Plus side things breakfast was lovely

What can I say absolutely had a fantastic stay at the No9 and our host Martin was the friendliest gentleman you could meet. Nothing was too much trouble and he looked after us superbly. The breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day ahead. The guesthouse is situated a very short distance away from the town centre without the hustle and bustle of normal town traffic, near to the restaurants and beautiful pubs just being a short walk away. On leaving we both believed that we had experienced a beautiful short stay in Llandudno and that was largely thanks to Martin our wonderful host definitely 10/10 at The No9!

To be honest I think the last reviews was unjustified and very slanderous. The name of the person that was thrown out in this building he's name was John Kelsall he was thrown out for smoking and he's been known as a paedophile. This is a friendly hotel its very cleanness and spotless. Martin is kind and he takes he's time and pride with the hotel is excellent 👌 👍 . I don't have any bad reviews for this hotel is a lovely hotel everyone's friendly. Please be mindful what you write in the future kindness doesn't cost anything in this world. We don't tolerate bullying on social media or bad reviews or false information nobody is rude We all friendly.

1 poor found hairs in bed toilet needed looks like the cleaner does there job blind folded as there was duet everywere and the other guest told me they live there from the homeless I definitely will only give it half star rating.. :( :( :( :(:( :(

Really nice hotel, great breakfast and friendly owner. Could not ask for anything better. Had a great time, Would definitely recommend and come again. It’s a lot better than the other hotels in the street.

We couldn’t wait for our favourite B& to reopen after what seemed like forever! Always the warmest of welcomes from the host Martin, who incidentally, also makes the most delicious breakfasts as he is a very competent qualified chef! Clean and comfortable, No 9’s rooms are beautifully appointed with all the amenities one needs for a perfect stay. And an added bonus is that the guest house is in the perfect position for us to explore the charming town of LLandudno. Thank you all! We can’t wait to recommend and return.

Martin is a perfect host and keeps his lovely guest house tip top. He’s polite and welcoming and a fantastic chef. I would recommend to all my friends. Ignore any negative posts, No 9 is a credit to him and Llandudno.
