We chose the hotel based on its feedback, and we chose a cracker! The service was fantastic and the breakfast to die for. In a word exemplary in every way. Our room had a fantastic view of the bay, a view we took in every night waiting for the lights to illuminate the pier and promenade. Overall a stay that far exceeded our expectations! Thank you

Booked this lovely hotel for the weekend for my parent’s 40th Wedding Anniversary. Colin and Sandra were so helpful and accommodating with my request to have a little treat for them in their room on arrival. They also made their Anniversary day special by having the Anniversary waltz playing and their table decorated for breakfast. Mum and Dad had a lovely time and highly recommended the hotel. Thank you so much Colin and Sandra.

A lovely lovely break, can’t fault anything , room was lovely, hosts were so nice and accommodating ( kept the coffee flowing at breakfast lol) breakfast was everything you needed , perfect distance from everything. A very relaxing weekend , thank you Mark and (the boss) Mandy

Have stayed here several times before, this was our second visit since Colin and Sandra took over. Well appointed room with good sea view, on site parking and great location for shops, restaurants, theatre and the pier. Sandra went above and beyond in cooking a full gluten free breakfast and even leaving gluten free biscuits in the room. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Llandudno.

We stayed as it wasn't too far from snowdonia so we could hike Snowdon. The hotel has a fantastic sea side view, amazing breakfast, really good rooms and outstanding service we'd definitely recommend staying here. Colin and Sandra went out of their way for us and helped make the trip a truly fantastic experience!

Colin and Sandra are excellent hosts. Our room was spotless, bright and airy, the breakfasts were excellent with a good choice. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh tea coffee and biscuits as well as water in the refrigerator. Nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to this hotel for many years and we are never disappointed.

Fantastic hotel run by Colin and Sandra who make you feel more than welcome. The room we had was spotlessly clean, with a modern bathroom with large shower. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. We would highly recommend the Swn Y Mor Hotel, and will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: . Free carpark at the back . Cleanliness . Tea, coffee and biscuits restocked everyday . Gluten free biscuits provided . Very short walk to the sea . Retail park short walk from the rear of the hotel . Comfortable beds . Reasonable Priced . Free to come and go as you pleased . Colin was very nice, friendly and helpful Cons: . If you have an issue with stairs this is not the place for you, there no lifts, which they do state on the website, however the do not mention the stairs from the car park at the back. . If you have mobility issues everything is a bit of a walk. We had a wonderful time, we would stop there again. All in all Llandudno is a great place to holiday, lots of places to eat if you need Gluten Free.
