Dear Lynda and Larnie, If you ever want to meet the sweetest people in the world, you have to book here. They have 4 stars but if it were up to us they got 5. Your warm welcome exceeded all our expectations! A beautiful guesthouse where everything is arranged down to the last detail and nothing is left to chance. Breakfast is arranged by filling in a list in advance which you would like to eat so that nothing is wasted. Everything is prepared fresh, with an amazingly beautiful view from the breakfast room. Lynda and Larnie, I had an excellent stay at Greylands B&B, was made to feel very welcome, I can't rate the breakfast enough it was amazing! double Yoker eggs every morning along with Larnies amazing homemade bread ( Lynda I went without getting the recipe) B&B very clean, hope so see you both in the near future Xx

An excellent find and highly recommended A beautiful, quiet guesthouse, very nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. Received a very warm welcome and a breakfast menu for the following morning, on arrival. Made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was 5* and was enjoyed in a quiet and comfortable dining room with mountain views, an excellent start to the day. Will be sure to visit again and will be recommending to others in future. Thank you very much.

First-class....in every respect! I stayed at Greylands Guest House mid-week after a long day travelling and attending several work events. This is relevant as I really needed a good rest/sleep! Even though I arrived late in the evening, the welcome I received was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and I immediately felt welcome. The room was perfect in every way - very well appointed and the bed was so comfortable - and I slept soundly and deeply. The next morning I was served a fabulous breakfast to order with the most delicious toast/bread! Yum, yum!!! Lynda and Larnie, thank you so much for taking in this solo traveller and making his stay one to remember. I will be back and will be recommending Greylands to anyone who will listen.

Stayed here during the Royal Welsh show, and was very very impressed. The host Linda was welcoming us at the door on arrival and showed us to our room. We had food from a fish and chip shop up the road and she invited us to use the dinning room to eat, even went out of her way to make refreshments for us. The room was spotless, and they had thought of everything. Had a great night sleep followed by a fabulous breakfast. Would definitely recommend and return here. The hosts are amazing at what they do, my son loved the little touches such as the teddy on his bed, thank you.

An adorable bed and breakfast in Llandrindod Wells. The property was cozy and clean. I so enjoyed chatting with my lovely hosts. The best breakfast I had while traveling through Wales. A gem of a property.
