The Kinmel & Kinspa

We grabbed a weekend away to recharge our batteries and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Rooms are exceptionally clean and had a lovely feel to them. Facilities are Excellent. Drinks were reasonably priced. Meal at the Brasserie was of an exceptional standard. Compliments to the chef. Atmosphere was lovely. Every single member of staff there went above and beyond and were really friendly. Spa there is great! Discreet wink wink! Excellent venue for couples. Well done done team Kinmel you will see us again! Bravo!

Such a lovely place with friendly, helpful staff. The spa is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Would stay here again

Sent this feedback to the hotel on 7th July - still no reply so thought I’d post. We stayed with you on Friday night. Upon arrival we paid, then went to find our room - it was very hot with only one window that would open a jar. The radiators in the hallway were on! Oh, & we had a car park view. We soon realised that there was a big awards night going on - the participants of which were up late into the night - in the car park! Even beeping horns! Management did nothing! Surely we should have been warned there was a party at time of booking?! I had booked direct with the hotel so that you didn’t lose out to Groupon, so I had been assured an upgrade to 3 courses from 2, plus a bottle of Prosecco. No Prosecco in room upon arrival - husband thought maybe we’d get it at dinner but no. Food was good, but fish cakes & gravy incredibly salty, lamb tasty but very small & overcooked, profiteroles doughy. The water in the spa was cold at 4pm upon arrival, but it was lovely & hot at 8am the next morning - does it only heat at night? I mentioned about the Prosecco to the person on the desk just before 8am on our way to the spa. He checked the booking, told me I’d booked through Groupon (he’d taken our payment upon arrival the night before!) & said there was nothing on my account but he’d look into it & let me know. Upon checkout, I had to ask again & he said that had I told him earlier, they might have been able to sort something! Unimpressive service, facilities & more. Vajdi Parks

I’ve visited twice now and the service is so painstakingly slow. There was 1 person in front of me and the bar tender took an age! So much so I missed the first dance. Really spoilt the evening. Please employ more bar people. It really puts me off having a function here

Lovely Hotel Staff very friendly and looked smartly dressed at all times. Fantastic location to chill and rest. Room was very clean. Food a bit on the expensive side for what you got. Maybe if you got the food as part of a deal it wouldn’t be too bad. Spa was relaxing. Would definitely return if the price was right.
