超級好的酒店！非常的新，對於本潔癖星人來説，也能稱得上非常乾淨！！酒店的服務人員也非常親切、專業，看得出都有在用心的培訓。因為我們是一羣小夥伴出遊的，11個大人+1個小孩，酒店給我們備了非常充足的飲料和水，浴巾拖鞋，還有免費的歡迎水果、小蛋糕，下午茶，都非常貼心！每個房間都有廁所（都很乾凈！），大客廳還有一個客用廁所，能夠方便我們晚上在客廳聊天玩遊戲的時候，也能夠方便上廁所，看得出來設計的時候真的有充分考慮到使用人的需求。本來我們想多去去溧陽不同的地方玩的，但酒店的環境和設施真的讓人可以完全沉浸式的在裏面不外出，能看得出是真的想做好“度假酒店”的初心～無邊泳池、湯泉泡池都很好，有獨立的小池子，我們邊泡湯邊玩狼人殺，氛圍真的很好！還有好些地方我們沒來得及探索，例如宴會廳、親子樂園、草地營地，看上去都很不錯。我們有朋友生日，酒店還配合我們幫忙雕了下西瓜皮、送了長壽麪，實在是太有人味，狠狠愛上！噢差點忘了説，因為我們一共是12個人的小夥伴出行團，我們訂的是別墅，真的非常非常推薦，房間真的都超級無敵好，很隔音，窗簾也非常遮光，晚上睡得也很好。別墅自帶泳池，拍照片也超級好看，猛猛出片！除了可以自己拍，還有旅拍服務，幫我們在別墅拍到非常好看的大合照，大家都很喜歡～整體費用平攤下來，人均800+左右，但酒店的設施，加上房間裝潢、乾淨程度，舒適程度，真的太值得了，每個小夥伴都説這個酒店訂的太好了！😄可惜衹是週末兩天一夜遊，時間太短了，下次再有機會來溧陽，肯定會再次選擇這裏的，也推薦各位想來溧陽玩的朋友，真的可以無腦的選擇這家酒店！

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato la suite Deluxe, e la stanza era fantastica! Belli mobili, tutto era pulito bene, e il servizio giornaliero era anche molto buono.
Ci piaceva davvero che l'hotel non fosse così corrompere, e il proprietario poteva soddisfare tutti i requisiti speciali che avevamo (esplicare viaggi di viaggi, fornire supporto per l'acquisto di biglietti, organizzare il servizio di pick-up, ordini fiori, ecc.). Rispetto ai grandi hotel con migliaia di persone come ospite in questo hotel si sente molto prezioso, stanno davvero cercando di prendersi cura di te, così si può godere del tuo soggiorno.
L'ambiente è molto silenzioso, quando si sveglia la mattina si può godere del silenzio, ascoltare gli uccelli e godere della vista sul lago.
L'hotel è molto vicino (circa 5 km) alla foresta di Nanshan Bamboo e anche alle fonti calde di Yushui, che lo rende anche molto conveniente.
Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio in questo hotel e saremmo sicuramente tornati in futuro.
Possiamo raccomandare questo hotel al 100%.

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

In realtà ci sono molte persone in questa Giornata Nazionale, e sono uscite con una preparazione psicologica. Di conseguenza, il loro servizio mi ha fatto sentire molto bene~
Sistemazione🏨: Il circuito nella camera che abbiamo prenotato era in cortocircuito e non è stato possibile ripararlo per un po'. ci ha anche detto i vantaggi e gli svantaggi tra cui scegliere. Alla fine, sono passato a una camera doppia chiamata standard ma più simile a una suite~
Servizio: quando prima abbiamo chiamato il servizio in camera al 6° piano, l'addetto alla stanza Liu Xiuzhen ha visto che avevamo un bambino e si è offerto di fornirci latte🥛 e articoli da toeletta per bambini. Più tardi, quando il pavimento non faceva parte della sua area di servizio, ha anche contattato Zhao Yun, il cameriere al mio piano, per aiutarci a consegnare il latte, piegare asciugamani per elefanti 🐘 e preparare acqua e asciugamani di carta per il nostro viaggio di ritorno prima di partire.
Il manager della lobby Chen Mingshen che prima mi ha aiutato a cambiare stanza, quando non riuscivo a trovare il bus navetta per contattarlo, mi ha anche chiamato rapidamente~
Ambiente: a causa della mancanza di livelli di pioggia quest'estate, l'ambiente generale è ancora ottimo. In origine, il tempo a 36 gradi sembrava deserto quando sono andato nella strada commerciale. Ho abbagliato per 2 e mezzo in una volta😂😂 Quella sera sono andato al ristorante cinese al 9° piano per cena 🍴, il bambino ha mangiato mezzo piatto di cavolo cappuccio e germogli di bambù, il maiale brasato e le uova brasate erano deliziosi e il nero manzo all'aglio, era davvero speciale e buono da mangiare. Non si può dire senza il CD

UUtente ospiteThis hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind, even making me dinner at 9:30pm when I got back late from the hot springs. My dinner was delicious, so good that I’d go back for the dinner alone. The staff even let me choose my room and upgraded me to the nicer suite for free. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was very clean (no smoke smell if you’re looking for that). Breakfast was also amazing, and she made the noodles the second I appeared in the common area. The area is quiet and dark and I slept deeply. The hotel is within walking distance to the hot springs and the bamboo forest. I definitely plan on staying here again!

TTarnsA very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance.
Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

UUtente ospiteIl villaggio di vacanza con sede, che ha una grande superficie, la piscina è specchiata, la piccola scala della porta può fluire, ci sono diversi piscine di zuppa esterna sulla metà della montagna, ci è un giardino di frutta che può raccogliere. La signorina della ricetta è molto entusiasta. Ha aggiunto una microscrittura in anticipo, ha dato un messaggio all'hotel. Quando andiamo, la pioggia è forte e aiuta a prendere i bagagli. La stanza è pulita, ma c'è un intervallo di spazio vuoto tra la vasca e il bagno e il letto. Il soggiorno è un po' insolito, e il suono della stanza è troppo pesante. Una mattina può essere risvegliato dal discorso vicino 🙁
