The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

入冬泡温泉是首選。這次選擇的溧陽澗谷温德姆酒店是個寶藏酒店，喜歡避世，清靜的可以沖。酒店很大，老闆豪氣獨佔一個山頭，建了不少互動式樂園。羊駝農場，馬場，恐龍樂園，新西蘭滑板車，懸崖温泉滿足家庭成員不同需求，據説還有更多的項目在啟動中，滿滿的期待。當然硬件的設施是酒店吸引客人的動力，但是優質的服務才是留住回頭客人的根本。提前一天管家會聯繫各種服務，儘量滿足需求，劉靚晶小美女的貼心服務暖心❤️房間的私湯更是I人的最愛，客房的楊＊娣阿姨（名字忘了）有求必應，服務到位。最後囉嗦一句，不管是自助早餐還是各個餐廳的美食都很美味，絕對是可以二刷的酒店！👍🏻

Molto soddisfatta esperienza di vita, una tre famiglie si trova nella stanza dei genitori, un grande edificio, l'intelligenza della casa intera e il panorama fuori finestra, che si riflette con il panorama urbano di Xiyang.Sotto è un grande negozio, e il corridoio dopo il pranzo è molto piacevole. 説實在的，以前來溧陽出差首選就是溧陽賓館，但後面再來溧陽出差就考慮換賓館了，原因很簡單，服務越來越差，以前的熱情主動現在變得冷淡無笑容，這應該是大多住客的真實反映，因為酒店的評分已經從4.8掉到了4.6。説實在的，無論是前台還是餐廳，服務真的大不如以前，特別是餐廳（太平洋西餐廳）的服務，12號早上在那裡用早餐，那個站門口接待的服務人員，不僅服務態度生硬，根本不會主動跟客人打招呼，而且一直在玩手機，希望管理部門好好教育一下，生意現在這麼難，這樣下去，……另外，客房的服務要表揚一下，最基層的這些保潔阿姨還是很有禮貌，見到客人都會主動打招呼，相比前台那些工作人員有禮貌多了。給這些最基層的工作人員點贊，説明客房部的經理還是工作很到位的。還是那句話，酒店業拼的就是服務，硬件再好，服務跟不上，遲早要被洗牌！希望酒店高層看到我的評價能夠重視，且行且珍惜！
