HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

帶父母和小朋友來涵田過新年，住了三天兩晚，很開心。我們住的是松果酒店，距離無動力小童樂園，馬路隔壁農場和聆湖灣商業街比較近。購買的套餐包含了很多項目，不去景點就呆在度假村裡就很舒服！可惜我們中間一天去了南山竹海，真的很後悔，累死不説，還沒有度假村雲景平台風景好😂 房間每天都有免費水果和牛奶飲料，早餐在主樓餐廳，雖然離我們住的地方有點遠，但接駁車很多很方便，早餐很豐富而且味道也不錯，餐廳壞境很好，就在湖邊，吃完到親水平台溜達溜達，還可以喂孔雀。雲景平台一定要去，風景開闊，很絕，這裏接駁車是不可以上去的，但是老爸腰不好，開接駁車的小姐姐人美心善，向經理申請後專門送我們上去了，感謝！本次唯一的遺憾是親戚突然來訪，心心念唸的半山温泉無福享受，不過沒關係，下次再來！

度假村很大，適合發呆，風景優美，不是景點勝似景點，還很清靜，清晨一排排大雁在窗前飛過，意外且驚喜，早餐也豐盛美味，經理王傑服務周到細心，還有開接駁車的李愛蓮，一下午接了我們三次，不厭其煩兼職導遊，特別表揚這二位，以後還會再來

在涵田度假村裡邊，住的榻榻米親子房，小朋友很喜歡，房間很新很大，層高估計有4米，很舒服，管家王傑提前一天聯繫的，服務很周到，小朋友玩了卡丁車、蹦床樂園、餅乾烘焙，餵了小馬，非常開心

酒店環境很好，房間很大，第一次住榻榻米房，小朋友比較新奇，套餐贈送的活動也很豐富，小朋友玩的很開心，管家王傑也很負責，提前發了酒店定位，熱情的給我們介紹了酒店的活動，涵田的温泉很棒，小朋友玩的不肯走，第二天退房後又再泡了一次，這次的套餐感覺性價比很高👍等天暖和一點打算帶爸媽也來體驗一下。

整體評價。肯定是不錯的，這次住的是松果，整個度假區坐落在一座山。有好幾家酒店。都是涵田旗下，所有酒店都是共享一家温泉。松果比較適合親子。榻榻米。床墊子可以拼在一起，之前看評價説，榻榻米有一塊缺了一塊，小朋友會崴腳，果然，我也被崴了。不過我覺得這個是可以自己解決的，我把缺的一塊推上，就行了。如果因為這個給差評倒不至於，我覺得酒店也可以很簡單的解決這個問題，在靠牆的位置墊上一塊泡沫板。直接頂到頭。就不會導致走路的地方缺一塊了，接駁車響應的也很快，一個電話打來就來了，開自己的車也可以，衹不過人多的時候停車不好停。建議還是坐接駁車去泡温泉和吃早餐，説到早餐。第一天的早餐品類很多。可能是因為人多，第二天的自助餐就減少了一塊區域，因為人少了，整體味道是可以的，這個價格應該就是對應這個品類。煎蛋會區分單面和雙面，不過第一天有工作人員會幫忙煎餐包，第二天就沒有了，咖啡機旁邊有冰桶，衹不過衹有一桶，用完了就沒了，我覺得這個價格的自助餐。如果配個製冰機就更好了，冰桶裏的冰沒一會就會化出水，有點浪費。感謝客户經理王傑，正好朋友當天也決定去，給幫忙安排了客房，下次準備帶着父母一起過來 忘説了，酒店的擼貓館是針對所有住店客人都可以免費擼，雖然衹有幾衹，但還算聽話。温泉區有自己的貨幣，我稱之為温幣，一瓶元氣森林15，一杯八喜也15，不太懂這個定價，質疑理解
