HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

房間很寬敞，衞生做得很好，小童遊樂設施很多，無動力遊樂場維護很好，還有很大一塊遊樂區，兩天都沒逛完。 半山温泉的風景可以説是完美了，早餐廳的湖景很好，吃完了就可以去湖邊散步。酒店的幾個餐飲也不錯，湖景餐廳風景好，菜品豐富，港式餐廳也挺好吃的都是人均不到一百可以吃得不錯的。 這次是平日價入住，性價比很高的酒店，大人和小孩都能找到自己想玩的項目，個人覺得屬於江浙滬必打卡的等級了。 酒店很大，一直要坐接駁車，接駁車的工作人員都非常棒，尤其胡志琴和李愛蓮女士。 經理王傑服務也很周到！

第一次帶寶寶出行，選擇了距離南京最近、性價比最高的涵田，兩天一夜的體驗太完美了！經理王傑第一時間聯繫我並加了我的微信，不僅發了酒店的定位給我，還發了酒店的詳細介紹，遊玩過程中有問題也隨時快速解答，讓我們的旅程更加輕鬆愉快了，十分感謝！

特地來溧陽騎行的，考慮了很多因素選擇了這家酒店，出門直接溧陽一號公路，騎完72公里爬升500多米之後回來直接泡個温泉♨️；沒想到居住這兩天裏各種小驚喜，服務人員態度熱情，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，接駁車的史雪妹阿姨和大堂的王傑經理都做到了💯💯💯，最要表揚的是温泉的張劉紀阿姨，不光時刻提醒安全關注換毛巾，還拿來她家裡種的甜瓜分享，讓我們有非常温暖貼心的體驗

涵田非常完善的一站式度假村酒店，很適合帶娃來一站式度假！遊玩項目太豐富了！經理王傑早在我們還沒到酒店就已經很貼心的給我們把床圍安排好，服務很到位👍🏻下次來我覺得可以多住兩晚！！
