Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

Special thanks to my housekeeper, Mr. Qian Liuping, for his service. The hotel is outstanding in all aspects of environmental services and sanitary facilities. I am very satisfied with this trip.I will also recommend it to friends and family around me.

春節假期選擇入住天目湖御水温泉·竹溪谷酒店泡温泉，從踏入這片世外桃源開始，我就被深深吸引了。酒店隱匿於葱鬱的竹海之中，一棟棟精緻的建築錯落有致地分佈在山間。白天，站在房間的露台，極目遠眺，是無邊無際的翠綠竹林，清風拂過，竹葉沙沙作響，彷彿是大自然演奏的美妙樂章。夜晚，沿着酒店那被燈光温柔照亮的小路漫步，四周靜謐安寧，讓人的心也隨之沉靜下來。
房間更是給了我大大的驚喜。佈置得温馨雅緻，各種設施一應俱全，細節之處盡顯品質。最讓我享受的是在房間裏的泡私湯，當身體浸入温熱的温泉水中，看着漂浮的玫瑰花瓣，一整天的疲憊都煙消雲散。
而這次旅程最最難忘的，是管家管秋香的貼心服務。從辦理入住時她那熱情的笑容和周到的安排，到入住期間的每一個瞬間，她都時刻關注着我的需求。無論是幫忙規劃周邊遊玩路線、安排酒店啟晨和入夜儀式等特色活動，還是解答我關於周邊的各種疑問，她總是耐心又細緻。有一次我想找個地方安靜地工作一會兒，她馬上給我推薦了酒店裡幾個安靜的角落，還貼心地為我送上了熱茶和點心。
在天目湖御水温泉·竹溪谷酒店的時光，是身體和心靈的雙重放鬆。感謝酒店帶來的美好環境，更感謝管秋香，讓我在這裡有了家一般的温暖。下次度假，我和家人都會毫不猶豫還會選擇這裏！

來竹溪谷體驗不一樣的生活。老媽和孩子都很喜歡。剛一進谷，就都露出滿意的笑容，管家葉勇提前一天聯繫，發送旅遊攻略，做好每一步出行安排！謝謝谷裏的每一位服務人員，很好的一次體驗，送了四人早餐，一份正餐，温泉門票還有南山竹海的門票。一天很充實。大家意猶未盡，等夏天再來！

酒店坐落於山中竹林，清幽雅緻。自駕一路風景不錯，開進停車場，住店期間去附近的南山竹海、御水温泉有當當車接送。拖家帶口，訂了“文.月下”兩層別墅，這樣大家出行也可以互不幹擾了。客廳、卧室、衞生間均大而方正，以竹子和木頭為基調的裝修古樸不失奢華。一樓採光、景觀都很好，負一樓採光略差、帶室外循環泳池，冬天沒法遊可惜了。兩個衞生間都有獨立私湯，打電話呼叫服務人員上門放水即可。可能是山裡空氣太好了，進房間感覺有點小小的味道，衞生沒得挑。早餐種類不算多，味道挺好，送了晚餐的套餐券，5個人勉強夠吃。景點“南山竹海”值得一去，小朋友喜歡喂鳥、做地軌纜車，一起爬山也不算累，山頂的兩衹大熊貓一直呼呼睡，看不看也無所謂，景點裏麪的冰箱貼挺好看的。酒店附近的御水温泉客流量不少，大大小小的池子裏不少人，天冷泡湯還不錯，有個酒香池子最好聞。最後説説酒店服務，所有工作人員都很熱情友好，噹噹車接送、打掃衞生、放私湯、早餐餐飲、活動中心等工作人員都讓人如沐春風，唯獨管家差強人意，“淡人”中的淡人，自帶抑鬱氛圍，每晚5000的價格應該配一個正常的管家，建議她不要做管家，幹點不用説話的工作更適合。所以服務這塊有待提高。

必須認真評論一下這個奢華酒店，奢華在於它的硬件，獨棟別墅，連綿於竹林中，房間裝修材質，房內用品等都是有質感的，服務中規中矩，有問題積極處理，接待人員也有問必答，給遊客介紹酒店。春節人較多，接駁車有點跟不上，這裏就要提這個問題了，在山裡的酒店大沒有其他活動場所，出遊衹能靠接駁車，必須聯繫他們，出行特別不方便，酒店內部也沒什麼玩的。當初訂這個酒店是看中酒店帶私湯，看圖片確實有個泳池，到了以後才知道，户外的泳池是冷水，所謂的私湯其實就是一個浴缸，而且需要聯繫酒店來放温泉水，我也不想問其中的原因，室外温泉不屬於酒店而且有點遠，需要坐接駁車去御水温泉。至於酒店內部吃飯，訂房的時候有配一餐正餐，但是店內另點，價格……，早餐也是包含的，早餐還好，總類齊全，當地特色，中式西式麪條餛飩都有。總歸吧，如果你是想幽靜，看看風景呼吸新鮮空氣，這裏首選，如果你是衝著温泉或者親子游的話，這裏性價比不高。
