298 Shoreline Drive The House is situated on the lake 1. The house sits on 3 waterfront lots with 180’ of water frontage. There are several large trees which provide lots of shade. 2. There are two boat lifts: a. One will handle boats or pontoons up to 24 foot long. b. One will handle boats up to 20 foot long. 3. There is one jet ski lift that will hold 2 jet skis. 4. There is a large sun deck above the boat lift looking out over the lake. 5. High speed internet (1 gigabyte service) is on the property. There are range extenders at the boat dock & sun deck area. Wi-fi speeds will of course be much lower. 6. Four bedrooms & 2 & ½ baths. All bedrooms are upstairs: • Master bedroom with king size bed. • Second bedroom with king size bed. • Small bedroom with full size bed. • Two twin beds 7. Outdoor fire pit area. Bring your own firewood. 8. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes & glasses. 9.
