Appartamento eccellente, pulito e tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno. Siamo stati qui con mio figlio per una vacanza in città con papà e ragazzo. La posizione è perfetta. Molto vicino al centro. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente ad altri.

Farsa totale. L'indirizzo per la consegna delle chiavi è un edificio abbandonato. Il numero di telefono presente nell'e-mail di conferma è fuori servizio. Da evitare come la peste. Totale spreco di tempo e denaro, Trip ne è consapevole quindi si spera che vengano rimossi dal sito il prima possibile.

Non ordinarlo, non ordinarlo, non ordinarlo. I piatti erano sporchi e non c'era sapone per le mani o per il corpo, cosa che non sopportavo. Al momento del check-in, mi è stato chiesto di pagare un deposito di 50 sterline. Dopo aver aspettato mezzo mese, ho comunque rifiutato il rimborso. Ho contattato l'hotel tramite Ctrip, ma non sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto per una settimana! Questa è la prima volta che mi imbatto in questo genere di cose!

L'appartamento era molto carino ed era molto vicino al centro città.

Il letto matrimoniale era formato semplicemente da due letti singoli uniti. Ottima posizione.

Molto buono da consigliare

In primo luogo, ritirando la chiave della camera sono arrivato in ufficio e ho pagato il deposito, ecc. Quando sono entrato nella suite e la prima cosa che ho notato è stato uno strano odore di umidità, poi ho notato che non avevo servizio ed ero su una barra fino al punto in cui i miei dati passavano da 5G a 3G a zero, quindi ho deciso di connettermi al wifi degli apart-hotel. Continuava a mostrare un problema di avviso sulla privacy ma non si connetteva, ho chiamato l'ufficio principale per risolvere il problema e mi è stato detto che purtroppo tutto non funzionava e che il problema sarebbe stato risolto entro il giorno successivo. Non c’era niente da fare perché non potevo collegare il mio portatile, quindi ho deciso di fare una doccia veloce e andare a letto. Il secondo problema era che la doccia era soffione anziché normale, non tutti sono in grado di utilizzare quel tipo di docce per motivi culturali, ecc. Quindi è stato difficile provare a fare la doccia senza bagnarmi i capelli. Mentre vado a prendere il mio asciugamano vedo che l'intero bagno e la stanza erano allagati e appannati, il che mi ha lasciato confuso perché come è stato possibile? Ma ho scelto di ignorarlo, sono andato a prendere un asciugamano e ho notato una traccia di ragnatele sul mio asciugamano e sono corso fuori dal bagno. A causa dell'appannamento della stanza, ho dovuto aprire la finestra accanto al letto solo per scoprire che fuori dalla mia finestra c'erano preservativi sporchi, ammuffiti, usati, pacchetti di patatine, aghi. L'ho subito chiusa e ho provato ad aprire la finestra sopra il lavandino ma la maniglia era rotta. Ho provato ad accendere l'aria condizionata e per i primi 20 minuti non è uscita altro che polvere prima di ripulire la stanza E l'ho portato a 30° per riscaldare la stanza. Il riscaldamento ha smesso di funzionare quindi ho dovuto usare il forno per riscaldarmi. IL FORNO. Non mi sentivo al sicuro o a mio agio in quel posto, quindi ho chiesto a mia sorella che si trovava a Liverpool di venire a stare con me prima di tornare a Manchester. Come affermato prima, Internet era un grosso problema. La mattina dopo ci siamo svegliati e avevo una riunione importante a cui partecipare tramite Zoom. Non sono riuscito a collegarlo al mio telefono, quindi ho chiamato di nuovo l'ufficio chiedendo quale fosse la situazione. La first lady ha detto che qualcuno era stato mandato fuori ma non erano ancora tornati da loro, il che ho trovato strano. La seconda volta mia sorella ha chiamato e ha affrontato lo stesso problema e hanno detto che non potevano fare nulla al riguardo. Una terza persona ci ha suggerito di andare nel loro ufficio e di tenere lì la riunione. Essendo una persona che soffre di ansia sociale e si trova in luoghi pubblici, ho rifiutato e non c'era soluzione ai nostri problemi. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera o almeno un diverso apart-hotel EPIC e mi è stato detto che i problemi non si verificavano solo con la mia camera, ma in ogni apart-hotel sotto il loro nome. Nel complesso, non sono rimasto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Stayed here with 3 other friends for the eras tour Friday night! The apartment itself was clean, spacious, perfect for a group! Only gripe would be there are 2 huge skylights with no curtains/blinds? So as soon as the sun rises at 3/4am the light is pouring in and you’re awake! The only thing that could make this place better is a real person on a reception rather than having to phone people constantly, we paid for early check in and there seemed to be no communication between reception and the housekeeping as we didn’t get let in until 2pm so we were slightly late arriving to the concert which was annoying. Would highly recommend for groups staying for concerts etc as the location is perfect! 10-15 min walk from lime street station and plenty restaurants nearby. Would stay here again (get some blinds fitted on them sky lights)!!!

My husband and I stayed in the mini penthouse for one night we loved it was nice and cozy like everything had its pros and cons the balcony overlooks duke street which was nice the floor on the roof terrace needs a look at though it’s a bit warped kitchen area was fab couldn’t get microwave to work though it was fine just used the oven instead couch was comfy huge tv which my husband loved the beds and pillows were so comfy both bathrooms were clean and the whole apartment smelled nice It is noisy my window sounded like it was open even though my husband had closed it could hear the seagulls all night and vehicles with reversing beepers all hours apart from that we enjoyed it

First without any justification we have been alocated to other property, same street but 2 blocks far from where we were supposed to be. But the worse was coming. 4 days and no cleaning at all! Last day todatly, we ask for towels and claning the bins early morning and after asking for it more 3 times only 2 towels were provided (we are 4) and no bins cleaning intead they gave me 2 bags, so probably they think i'm, the gest, is supposed to do so. Those photos were shot at the last day of our stay, to give a dimension of the total absence of any kind of service provided for the room. I really don't recomend this hotel at all!

Second time staying here, Stayed in the ground floor Room with a garden. great place to stay. Everything you need and right in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Easy checking and check out, Deposit returned within a week Great communication from staff

Disaster. Rooms were far from clean with very few items stocked. No mugs at all. All surfaces were dirty. Windows/blinds didn’t work and a huge hike up stairs with large bags. Couch filthy. My elderly parents were in a room with the living area in the basement which stank due to the shower leaking and the carpets were soaked. Their room was on the Main Street with people smoking & drinking directly outside. Customer service woeful - zero communication or help with check in and over two weeks later we are still waiting for 250 pound security deposit to be returned. Completely unacceptable and we are having to chase daily.

I took my husband here for his birthday and we had a brilliant time. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was massive. The the staff were amazing. Katie was so helpful. I don't know Liverpool and she gave me a list of places to try and to go too. She also helped me by decorating the room as a surprise for my husband. Thankyou again Katie and the girls. We can't wait to go back 😊

Worst ever. No internet. No sheets. Worst behaviour ever. Pictures nothing like rlthe real apt. we went to the different address for check in . And after calling them they said is not there mistake is bookking mistake. We were walking with 4 luggages for hundred og meters. Avoid by all means
