"Very lovely place to stay for your holiday. My family really enjoyed staying in Mariton. I have already recommended to my friends and relatives to stay there. Very nice and clean, very good location with views.Friendly and helpful stafffs."

"So the hotel was great, thoughut doesn't have it's own car parking section, so I had to park on the street. I was only there over night and arrived late that night. As new policies have stated credit card numbers are no longer taken as security deposit, I was informed a $200 bond for 1 night of stay was needed, I was able to get this down to just $100, as I was driving from Liverpool to Brisbane the next day and had not budgeted for such a huge deposit needed as no where did the booking state ”we require a $200 bond deposit” and even the night manager stated it was a bit much. I've since spoken to other staff members, one that was quote arrogant and rude, one that was absolutely lovely, and their manager as well. The hotel is situated across the road from a pub, and directly up the hill from the Liverpool train station as well, it's 5 to 10 minute walk from all main attractions in Liverpool which isn't many as it's Liverpool sadly."

"I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron trip app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too."

"La foto delle camere fornite dall'hotel è esattamente quello che riceverete. Il riscaldatore (cone d'aria) non funzionava bene, quindi l'hotel ci ha fornito dei bianchetti aggiuntivi e un altro riscaldatore, anche se era rumoroso. L'hotel era comunque estremamente pulito. Il servizio del personale è anche buono."

"Booking process was seamless. Received confirmation instantly!Arrived at hotel with no issues. Hotel location’s convenient to visit nearby families at Bonnyrigg. Hotel buffet’s delicious, friendly service and it’s clean. Only concern was number of toothbrushes provided were for 2 guests instead of 4 throughout our stay. Wifi works perfectly for work! Will definitely stay here again!"

"L'hotel stesso era davvero buono. Quiet, grande, e pulito. Possibile controllare in anticipo e niente da lamentarsi. Solo la posizione per gli utenti non automobilistici è un po' cattiva, perché l'autobus non funziona fino a tardi la notte."

"We loved our room, it was very homey, clean and comfortable. We also loved the pool, would have been nice if it was heated. Housekeeping made sure the sheets were changed and cleaned everyday throughout our stay, we appreciated that. Buffet breakfast was nice and staff were lovely and accommodating. We also would like to thank Tasha for making an effort to look for our missing charger and for resolving the issue. We would definitely stay at Mercure Sydney Liverpool during our next visit in the near future."
