Bel posto ma senza colazione, grazie al Covid-19. Ci siamo stati due volte in 2 settimane e lo rifarei.

Il secondo soggiorno in questo hotel ben situato. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli con eccellenti impianti di cucina. Buona colazione inclusa nel nostro prezzo. A breve passeggiata a Albert Dock e tutte le strutture a cui si trovano. Parcheggio disponibile sia sul sito che nelle vicinanze, pubblico multicamera.

Il condizionatore era rotto non poteva accenderlo o spegnerlo. C'era pubblicità ingannevole sulla punta calda che non si trovava nella stanza. Il personale femminile era molto gentile e disponibile, ma il personale maschile aveva un atteggiamento e molto scortese?

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Syracuse. Due to it being graduation weekend we paid a premium price. The staff could not have been nicer. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast is great. The room however is worn and dated. The molding on the back of the door fell off piece by piece all weekend. The shower curtain was bent and hanging as the screws in the wall were coming out. The furniture is scratched and the decor feels like it is from the 70’s. When I mentioned my feelings to the front desk at checkout the clerk suggested I should have called for repairs however these are repairs that would take a lot of time. She mentioned the GM would call me to discuss but that never happened.

L'hotel è lontano dalla città, ma mi ha dato una sorpresa inaspettata. L'hotel non è grande, ma piccolo e delicato, la stanza è pulita e pulita e luminosa, il letto è molto comodo, la colazione è anche buona, il servizio è buono, l'esperienza di soggiorno è soddisfacente, raccomandato!

Questo hotel non era frills ma super pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo fermati dopo un arrivo tardivo del nostro volo dall'Italia. Parcheggiamo all'hotel prima di partire e ci siamo fermati la notte al ritorno dal nostro viaggio. L'hotel ha anche organizzato per il nostro pick-up dall'aeroporto. Tutti erano molto accoglienti da prenotazione a soggiorno, soprattutto il manager notturno Sean. Siamo molto apprezzabili e sicuramente pensa di rimanere di nuovo per i voli in inverno!

Non è buono l'hotel, le strutture sono nuove e creative, e sottolineano il giovane respiro.Il rapporto qualità e il parcheggio sono anche gratuito. L'accesso è McDonald's, e la notte è insolito.L'unico difetto è che la superficie della stanza è piccola rispetto all'hotel locale dello stesso tipo.

Bene, pulito, meraviglioso personale, molto gentile e rispettoso, mi fermerò di nuovo.
