Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

The hotel was what I needed for a good place to stay to catch an early AM flight at the Syracuse airport. The hotel is extremely close to the airport with easy access to I-81 and just two exits north to the airport.
The room was in good shape, the bed comfortable. I had no issues during my short stay.

I had no troubles outside of a shower that could have used some stronger pressure. My stay was quiet, and when I couldn't find a charging cable for my phone, the staff was quick to loan me one.

Clean room, ok stay. Very basic breakfast, have stayed in other Super 8's where there is more on offer. Biggest disappoin**ent was although the hotel claims to have a free airport shuttle, when I contacted hotel for a pick up I was told they didn't have one. No reason given. I booked this hotel because I didn't want to fork out for a taxi to get to the hotel. The following day there was a free shuttle to take me back to the airport.

The facility in general is ok, but there are some areas, like bathrooms, that need attention. The shower rod is falling off the wall and won't keep the curtain closed while showering.
Front desk staff runs the spectrum from very dynamic to "don't bother me".
The continental breakfast is sad and not breakfast. No fruit, just danish.

The staff checking me in, transporting me to/from the airport, and again when I stopped in after picking my carwere all excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The overnight staff person was absolutely excellent! Warm and friendly and helpful! We’d had a very long day on the road and it was really appreciated walking into the hotel at a late hour and be greeted with warmth and hospitality.

Spent two nights there when husband had hip replacement surgery . I was alone there and felt safe. The staff was very good. They accommodated us by moving us to room closer to elevator as he couldn’t walk well before the surgery. Room and bathroom were very clean. I would definitely stay again there. Cheap compared to others in area. Dining was convenient. There was a Denny’s and Dunkin Donuts and a McDonald’s right next to the motel. Overall I was happy. They could use new carpeting in the elevator but I wasn’t staying in the elevator so no big deal.

Their reservation system is down and the receptionist doesn’t have any idea when it will work. I have to wait in the lobby in the middle of the night.
