Il manager Dong è molto amichevole e professionale. Ci ha servito il 28 Feb 2025 circa 11pl. Quando siamo arrivati, la guardia non ci aiuta mai a portare il bagaglio che normalmente 5 stelle hotel ci farà, ci guarda solo. Ecco perché deduco 1 stella per il servizio.
Fortunatamente, il manager e altre cose da altri turni sono abbastanza professionali per sapere dove dovrebbe essere lo standard.
La camera è bella, l'ambiente è bella, la posizione è un po' fuori, ma è per questo che abbiamo scelto il silenzio.

UUtente ospitePer la prima volta nella mia vita, ho incontrato molte persone con lo stesso canale lungo il cammino, siamo andati a Liuzhou celebri spot scenici per prendere foto e mangiare, molto felice, tutti sono molto buoni, soprattutto vivi hanno davvero un senso di specchio, una ragazza molto bella, Andiamo a fare shopping e mangiare insieme, è davvero una grande raccomandazione per i giovani ostelli! Fornisce anche acqua minerale e latte a disposizione fogli e coperchi!

BBeth27Che proprietà assolutamente unica e deliziosa! È stato un piacere soggiornare qui e vivere un po' di storia. Questi edifici sono stati restaurati con cura e amore grazie agli sforzi del proprietario e di un architetto dedicato: entrambi erano presenti in famiglia durante la mia visita, il che è stato un piacere. Letto comodo, cibo delizioso, personale gentile e attento: se hai bisogno di qualcosa, basta chiedere. Mi è piaciuto semplicemente girovagare e perdermi nel villaggio. Oh sì, non parlo cinese e ho viaggiato da solo, ma il proprietario parla un inglese perfetto e mi ha contattato prima del mio soggiorno. Mi ha aggiunto su WeChat e mi è stato di grande aiuto nel portarmi a Chengyang e Lost World dall'area di Longji. Lo staff era pronto con il traduttore Baidu, quindi la comunicazione è stata un gioco da ragazzi.

L'hotel è parcheggio gratuito e molto amichevole per i autotrasportatori. Questo è molto importante a Zhengzhou. Molti hotel non hanno parcheggio esclusivo.Prova a parcheggiare al massimo B3. C'è un hotel a portata diretta e facile da bagagli. L'hotel è a 32 piani, luminoso e confortevole, e il servizio di frontiera è molto atteggiato; la stanza dell'hotel è separata dal panorama montagna e dal panorama di guaio, la stanza è pulita e igienica, le strutture sono complete e secche; La colazione / lavanderia / fitness sono tutti 32 livelli. PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

TThomas M Cecil JrMy stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

LLucy LuLocation was great, it is close to shopping areas and local restaurants. Service was okay - front desk was helpful at checking in, but no other service was provided, no concierge or parking staff. Cleanliness is adequate to that of a 2-3 star hotel, rooms were clean but other spaces in the hotel was not such as the dining area, this is a hotel shared with other services so tons of random people going in and out. Little to none amenities, no coffee bars (just instant coffee in the lobby), no lounge, gyms, breakfast bar was small. Rooms indicated non-smoking rooms were available but upon check in, staff told me there are no non-smoking rooms. Most hallways and rooms reeked of smoke.

MMEITEEEcharm Hotel (Liuzhou High Speed Railway Station) is very close to the Liuzhou train station, but please make sure you go to the East Square of the train station, and walk forward to the north-east direction,otherwise you will like me, exit from west square, walk 2-3km to the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly,especially the resturant provides cheap price but tasty foods. The rooms is in system upgrade, key card can not worked well, and room has heavy smoky smell in some rooms, and air condition is not cool, we have to change 3 rooms, but hotel staffs are helpful. The bed is big and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is good in domestic hotels.

CCharmaine’sIl personale era gentile e utile, soprattutto Xiao. La posizione dell'hotel era grande. È a pochi passi dal mercato del giorno e la sorgente d'acqua musicale. È anche collegato a un centro commerciale. La stanza era pulita e le strutture erano sufficienti. L'unico lato inferiore era il condizionatore d'aria che non era freddo. Forse è inverno, quindi il flusso d'aria era solo caldo.
