第一次來柳州，聽朋友這家酒店很不錯，抱着試一試的態度來住了。前台服務員很有禮貌接待，很耐心且很專業，還給我升級了房間去高樓層，房間很乾凈，沒有異味，面向萬象城，旁邊是小區，晚上很安靜，點外賣的話，可以提前和前台説讓機器人送上來，很有意思。負一樓還有洗衣房和健身房，柳州好玩好吃，下次還來，下次繼續住這家酒店。
