I had the pleasure of meeting Monica, who’s a representative/customer service personnel. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately I knew I was going to enjoy the stay. She’s customer service oriented, friendly, courteous, attentive and her personality is amazing. On two different occasions, I had some issues with guest staying in room 316 who was making an abundance of loud noises, and she was able to fixed the issue. Additionally, she assured me that my stay will be comfortable, enjoyable and pleasant being that I’m scheduled to be at the hotel for 10 weeks on business. I highly recommend this hotel because of her customer service qualities and friendliness.

Free transportation anywhere within five miles of the hotel. We had a driver that was kind enough to stop by an old college and took photos for us. The manager seemed never to go home. She was so nice. My son and his family were coming in the next day and the manager set up his room so there would be no issue as his father would not be there for his arrival. Another employee saw me with my camera, waiting for my son and grand babies to come in from the airport on the shuttle. She offered to videotape them when they saw me. That was above and beyond customer service. There are many more examples but you get the picture! Absolutely better than the Four Points San Diego!

La posizione è molto buona, sicura, con catering e una stazione di servizio accanto. Anche il servizio di reception è molto responsabile, perché anche il rumore è gratuito per cambiare la stanza, la stanza è molto grande, il prezzo è ragionevole

Non ho un tono da dire su questo hotel, perché siamo rimasti solo una notte dopo aver volato a Little Rock e aver soggiornato un giorno sulla nostra strada a Hot Springs. Ci piace sempre le Suite Springhill perché sono spaziali e con tre di noi e bagagli, è bello poter avere spazio per diffondersi. Queste Suite Springhill non erano diverse. Dirò che queste Suite Springhill avevano docce spettacolari. So che è un commento strano, ma come qualcuno che viaggia molto, una buona doccia non è sempre facile da trovare, lasciatelo solo uno spettacolare!La colazione era solo ok-- niente di speciale, ma era gratis.

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together
