L'hotel era abbastanza pulito e il personale era rapido nel servizio. Ha solo un ascensore però.
Nel complesso, a mio parere, si qualifica come un 3 stelle.

Hot tub was filthy and on day two it was shut down completely, staff were not welcoming as we are from Nebraska also breakfast selection was terrible

I liked that there was food places right in front of the hotel that you could walk to but thats all I could say. The front staff was very rude. Unresponsive in the beginning I had to get my friend to call a bunch just so someone would come to the front. Then we finally checked, tried to go to the hot tub because thats really why we chose the hotel in the area and guess what...it wasn't working! Then we go to the pool (this is all indoor mind you) thinking ok well we mind as well swim. NOPE, it was cold, not heated like it had mentioned in the app. So honestly I will not be back.

We booked for the pool. It was freezing definitely not heated. The hot tub was broke. Breakfast was good. I didn’t like that they charge 100 deposit that is supposed to come back to your card within a week. You would be better off booking at Marriott or Hampton for only a 25 incidental fee that is refunded instantly with check out.

I have arrived Early for my check in they charged me fee for early check in which makes it a very less worthy hotel.
I have waited for 15 mins for check out and there was no representative to speak with.
Overall bad experience will not stay here again!

She couldn’t get our key to work on the lock, so she gave another room. ❤️
We were sad that the pool was closed because someone relieved their stomach into the pool. 😜

Great price and was very happy that it accommodated our large family. There are a lot of things to do and places to eat near the area and loved that there was a hot tub to use since it was so cold. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

My stay was excellent. The facility was well maintained. I could look at the sheets and know that they were clean as well as the spread. The complimentary instant eggs were good with a little salt. The coffee was wayyyyyy better than Starbucks in my opinion. It was quiet. I do not know where the negative reviewers were staying, but I did not have those kind of issues or anything remotely close. I would certainly stay here again.
