Excellent customer service. Clean, spacious rooms. Exercise facilities are very disappointing. Lifemaster bike and strider Pool is heavily chorinated.

Safe, Convenient, Easy Parking was good. Checkin took too long because there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to arrive for more than 20 minutes.

It’s just outdated and dirty. Windows units are loud, stains on everything. The pool is .. awful. The entire place smelled funky.
The staff was nice and breakfast was good. I think it’s more of an owner issue and not a staffing issue.

The gym equipment didn’t work. The mirror in the gym was broken. There wasn’t much equipment to use. The pool was closed the entire stay. Housekeeping doesn’t speak English and A bag of clothes came up missing

Staff was very friendly. Helpful. A couple didn’t speak English. Shower was awful. Spit water out and didn’t get very warm. Paint was peeling off the bottom of the tub. Blow dryer would turn on and immediately off. Pool and hot tub were closed the entire day we were there for cleaning.

Great location, within 10 mins to park. Location close to Walmart, ihop, waffle house. Area was safe. Room had 2 queens and pull out sofa, roomy enough to accommodate our family of 5. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff kept the area clean throughout breakfast hours. Would definitely stay again.

The air conditioner would as they do, turn on the compressor to cool the air. This was like a frieght train passing every few minutes. Really, just like a train. The bed was too soft for me. Like sleeping on a waterbed full of pillows. The access to the pool was very good from my room as was the smoking area. Not noisy in spite of the AC. I've stayed in better Comfort Suites and an addition of a Smart TV to maybe watch Youtube rather than DirecTV,,'s hack lineup would be awesome...

Don’t stay here!! It was dirty and felt unsafe. There were people hanging around in the parking lot and lobby. A fight broke out in one of the elevators and people were screaming obscenities from the windows at people in the parking lot. I would have gone somewhere else except I had been driving all day and was exhausted. This property had a 8/10 rating so I’m done trusting *******.

Very clean and comfortable. Super close to Six Flags, and having a Cracker Barrel to walk walk to was an added bonus. It was a little expensive for what it was, but we were super happy. And the continental breakfast was probably the best I've had at a hotel without having to pay a surcharge.
