Hotel in zona Portas De Benfica, Lisbona

Non sarei rimasto lì. Prenotato un soggiorno per 4 giorni alla settimana di compleanno. Sono stato a Ibis Hotel a Lisbona prima, ma non a Alfragide. Per la mia delusione, i letti erano così piccoli che dovevi stare attenti a non cadere di notte, il bagno sembra essere fatto di plastica e, infine, ma non meno, c'era un riparatore alberghiero in corso, il che significa carichi di rumore al mattino, polvere, Il nostro odore è forte e la nostra vista finestra è vicina a un libro bianco. Quando mi rivolgo all'ultima ricezione mi è stato detto che era “per la nostra privacy”. Uno dei giorni che ho cercato di aprire la finestra per avere aria fresca, a causa del forte odore all’interno della stanza, e non c’era ventilazione, perché c’era un foglio che chiudeva tutta la finestra. Non dimentichi che il personale di pulizia tocca gli ospiti all'interno della stanza, quindi state attenti.Fortunatamente il bagaglio con i valori è stato chiuso. Non mi interessa condividere i miei dolci con nessuno, ma mi sento un po' di atteggiamento a trovare una scatola di cioccolato a metà aperta, e poi solo il carta di dolci sulla parte superiore della tavola polverosa. Se prendete, non un problema, ma almeno prendete il carta con voi. La colazione era buona, quindi non credo sia il posto migliore per passare la settimana di compleanno e non il posto migliore per restare.

Interior of this hotel was amazing including outside pool area! Staffs were helpful and the hotel was located close to the metro. Only things were that the mattress and pillows was too soft for me so i did woke up with back and neck pain. I wish they provided free water bottles in the fridge but otherwise, everything was incredible!

Per il mio soggiorno a Lisbona ho scelto questo Hotel e mi sono trovata bene. Si trova in Avenida da Liberdade, grande e bella via centrale e vicina al centro storico della città, a pochi passi c'è anche la fermata della metro ”Avenida”. Camera accogliente, arredata con gusto e con la giusta temperatura (regolabile), ottima connessione wi fi, comodità del letto per una buona qualità del sonno. personale gentile, simpatia, pulizie giornaliere - con anche cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani - e possibilità di richiedere il transfer da/per l'aeroporto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono.

We booked a week at the Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto based on positive reviews from previous visitors. The (eight room) four story apartments are located in the old hilly section of the city where steep and narrow sidewalks are the norm and are slippery during rain. The main entrance is via a short alleyway. Access to the outer main door entrance and individual apartments are very 21st century in that there is no reception. The outside door has a cypher lock and guests use a reservation number to get in. Once inside the 'lobby' space there is a kiosk/screen to check in and get an assigned room and cypher code for your room. The kiosk has language selections to help with directions. There also a one-way phone to speak with a person/assistance. The machine scans documents, i.e., passports or European ID cards. It took me ten minutes and the final phase was to take a photo of the QR square displayed to keep track of your room number and access code. There are four floors with two apartments on each floor. There is an elevator and stairs. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted with a mini kitchen, including dishes, cooking ware, dishwasher, clothes washer and refrigerator. The clothes washer is great, we used it and dried clothes on a clothes hangar that was stashed in the closet. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a large flat screen hanging on the opposite wall. A closet has a self-use strong box with directions (in English) to set-up a personalized multi-digit code during your stay. The bathroom is roomy with a shower stall instead of a bath. Plenty of windows, including in the bathroom. The cross street is named Rua Do Poco Dos Negros and is a main line for the local trams that pass through the neighborhood, with a tram stop maybe 100 feet from the apartments. Taxis pass through here as well. Small restaurants are plentiful within a 15-minute parameter. The popular Plaza del Comercio is about a twenty-minute walk or a Three Euro Tram ride away. Aside from steep streets, the area is safe, even a night. The apartments are a clean, good bargain for staying in Lisbon.

Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were so deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable. We booked this hotel through ******* for 4 nights in Lisbon. Due to the size of our party, 2 adults and 3 children, this was the only option for our family to be in 1 room at the time. After arriving late to check in due to travel, the hotel was very unflattering as the pictures from Expedia's site as well as the hotel's website depicted a completely different image, a complete misrepresentation. In addition, travel sites indicate laundry facilities in which they did not have, only a pricey service that they contract out. As having never been to Lisbon and not knowing the neighborhoods, we were taken back by all of the graffiti on the adjacent abandoned building. The layout of the hotel is very small and bizarre, with an elevator that could not even fit our family and luggage. We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between ******* and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property, being treated like second class citizens from the night attendant (Sandra?), having our room key deactivated and not telling the truth as to why it was deactivated (was told that these things happen, but Nena (General Manager) admitted it was because we hadn't paid the nominal fee for the extra bed/person), and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early. Nena, the GM, stated that irregardless of our awful experience, this was a non-refundable booking and will not credit us for the 2 nights we did not stay at Hotel DAH. Even ******* felt for our discomfort and assisted us in other ways that we are extremely grateful for. This experience took up quality family vacation time that we can not get back. Please think twice about staying at this property as this was the worst experience we have encountered in all of our years of travel. There were a multitude of other unpleasant experiences; however would take too much time to elaborate further. These disappointing experiences didn't seem to matter to the manager as it

È stato un buon hotel da scegliere se dovessi visitare nuovamente Lisbona! Ho prenotato una camera doppia, ma poiché ero in visita con un amico, ho chiesto se possibile un letto singolo e sono stato davvero grato per il cambiamento. Prima di tutto, la posizione è davvero buona. Sono entrato nel mezzo, ho messo i bagagli, ho caricato il telefono e sono uscito! La colazione era varia e molto gustosa. Anche le persone che lavorano sono gentili, quindi sono stato grato che abbiano ascoltato le mie richieste. L'unico rammarico è che non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno e hanno appeso gli asciugamani che usavano. Inoltre, il pavimento della stanza non è pulito come l'Europa, dove le persone indossano le scarpe all'interno. Tuttavia, non c'erano pantofole usa e getta separate. La prossima volta che vado, penso che porterò le pantofole.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nell'hotel, comodo da raggiungere in auto e con parcheggio sottostante la struttura. Ambienti puliti, camera spaziosa e funzionale. Ottima e varia la colazione a buffet. Devo fare comunque un appunto: arrivati in camera il primo giorno abbiamo trovato la cassafortina non funzionante perché senza pile; chiamiamo la reception e viene da noi una ragazza che ci informa che, mancando l'addetto alla manutenzione, non erano in grado di fornirci pile nuove e di aspettare il suo ritorno la mattina successiva. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a girare il primo giorno per Lisbona portandoci dietro chiavi, soldi, documenti ecc. perché in hotel non si sono trovate delle pile o non si è trovata una soluzione per gestire il disguido. Pazzesco per un hotel a 4 stelle.

È un bellissimo hotel sul lungomare ristrutturato, diverse attività commerciali si stanno trasferendo in questa zona, completamente diversa dall'immagine di Lisbona. Era vicino all'aeroporto, quindi era comodo per il mio volo del mattino successivo. Sono stato felice di ricevere acqua, mini vino, snack e biscotti!

L'hotel è molto bello ma un po' isolato perché situato nel campo di Aroeira. Ci sono due bellissimi percorsi di golf accessibili e non molto difficile. Il personale è fantastico in accoglienza e ristorante. La casa è anche perfetta. In questo caso, il problema è che questo hotel avrebbe dovuto essere un hotel adulto solo perché non ci sono camere comunicanti, il che fa che i bambini passano da una camera a un'altra costantemente con il grido di porta incessante e le grida nei corridori che vanno con. La prima settimana è stata magnifica, la seconda meno buona perché molte famiglie quindi molti bambini e molti rumore. Senza dimenticare il francese in vacanza, mal alzato e che si crede tutto consentito. Ah sì, anche molti cani in hotel lasciano un'impressione di sporcizia mentre l'hotel è davvero pulito Bref un bel posto ma mal usato.
