Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Günstiger Preis. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel am Fenster. Etagenduschen und -toilette. Kein Aufzug. Steile, kalte Treppe. Der Eingangsbereich nicht sehr einladend. Für eine Nacht okay. Urlaub hier? Nein.

Foi ótima, a localização não poderia ser melhor! Eu só fiquei uma noite e algumas horas pela manhã porque eu tinha um vôo a tarde, estava tão perto de tudo que eu consegui ir em quase todos os lugares principais de Lisboa! As atendentes foram todas atenciosas, obrigada Beatriz e Ines! O café da manhã não tem tantas variedades, mas eu achei o suficiente, muito bem servido e a vista pra praça da figueira é um charme! Com certeza, voltaria! Só tem uma obs: a subida e descida é de escada, não tem elevador, então pra quem tem alguma dificuldade em subir escada fica um pouco desconfortável! E quem estiver com mala muito grande, precisa subir com fôlego rsrs. No mais, adorei!

It’s very very clean, close to most of the places; serves great breakfast, etc. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

We stayed delux ensuite room on 3/F. The air quality in room was not good, we kept running nose and the nose did not feel comfy, the housekeeper kept coughing seriously during cleaning without wearing mask. Apart from this, it was clean, basic choices of breakfast, helpful staff, taxi station and metro downstair, close to everywhere.

Very convenient for travel. In the middle of the city. Good breakfast. Hotel approach and entry not impressive but can be ignored if central location is priority.

We had some bad days here mostly because we could hardly rest at night with a constant noise of water pump (day and night) in the bathroom and the very uncomfortable mattress. The hotel is more like a hostel with private rooms. Breakfast had a fair variety of food and drinks. Location is perfect.

Took us ages to find - tucked away off the corner of Praca de Faguera, the entrance is round the back. Two flights of stairs brings you to the reception area. Very helpful and pleasant staff, although it was day 3 before we even realised there was a kitchen facility. Bed was very comfy and slept well. We were aware we had a shared bathroom but found it very annoying that going there in the middle of the night was a chore. Would have expected to be sharing with another room with bathroom in the middle of us but it was along the corridor, turn right and it was on the left. But, you live and learn. Probably the smallest bedroom I've ever been in on a stay, had to sit of corner of bed to get round it past the wardrobe. Shower in room was helpful but needs updating - brown water stains on base and black mould round edges isnt a good look. The actual room was spotlessly clean. Apart from this, it was fine. We didnt pay a lot so didnt expect a lot. It's basically a hostel, so its fine. Breakfast was very good with cereals, yoghurts, rolls, cold meat/cheese/boiled eggs.etc. microwave and sandwich toaster if you wanted something warm.

Posizione Super, in una piazza molto comoda; la fermata Rossio della metro era proprio sotto la nostra finestra; la nostra stanza familiare era ampia e spaziosa, letti comodi e un bagno con due lavandini e il box doccia spazioso; unico difetto il bagno privo di finestra..Colazione super da ristorante 4 stelle...ampissima scelta tra dolce e salato,tutto self service, il tutto con una bellissima vista sulla piazza sottostante.

The location is nowhere better than here. Good for cost-effectiveness! The room was small, but it was nice to have a separate bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff were so kind. However, I was surprised to see a cockroach because it was an old building and there was a restaurant on the first floor.

Отель понравился. Находится в центре. Удобно возвращаться на транспорте и много всего в пешей доступности. Можно гулять допоздна. В номере душ и раковина. Туалет вне комнаты, в 2 метрах от комнаты, но ни разу не был занят. Окно со ставенками. Завтраки отличные, по времени, в три этапа, надо записываться. Кофе вкусный. Вид из окна на завтраках -на площадь! Администраторы доброжелательны. Ключи дают на всё время, не надо подходить на рецепшен. Много пунктов питания.
