Location: Very easily accessible to major landmarks in Lisbon. Transportation: Trams and buses are easily available and within walking distance from the hotel Service: Staffs are polite and helpful. They assist me when i lost my room keys. Room: the room is of reasonable size. Basic amenities (minibar, tv, toiletries, towels) are available in the room. The room has a rose fragrance. Food: There is a Japanese restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast is available with a reasonable price

位置很棒，早餐好吃，房間很滿意，房間飲料都可以盡情享用，走5分鐘有超市，可以走到升降梯和購物街，前台服務好

非常漂亮的酒店，建在非常漂的位置上！坐在房間裏就能看到美麗的老城，餐廳和食品也非常棒，工作人員熱情，整體感覺很棒，令人難忘！

工作人員也都非常的熱情，忘記拍房間照片，也非常的不錯，洗澡很舒服，很喜歡房間的設計風格

酒店房間很好，裝修很新，前台的咖啡糖也很好吃。設施不錯，美中不足就是沒有風景。酒店是專門為女性設計的。酒店就在老城，位置很好。

航班原因改期，不能退，攜程溝通後同意改期，再訂時又説領導不在，達成的改期協議不認了。這樣做，無商業信譽。500買個教訓，這種畢竟是少數。在當地停留了八天，住了三家，都還不錯。

酒店人員態度友善 酒店房間清潔舒適，而且寬敞 加上早餐是自助早餐 價錢十分親民 而且在水準之上 非常建議來里斯本的朋友到這間酒店 享受不一樣的旅程 

房間結構不好，空間狹窄。配套設施少，性價比不高，四星的價格，三星的水準。優勢：酒店的位置很好，大多景點都可以步行到達。

Beautiful property. Near the Castle. Otherwise is a distance (climb) from the city. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice pool but requires a swim cap (for purchase). Great bar with terrace overlooking city.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location!! We loved the breakfast in the mornings, how comfortable the bed was, and the incredibly nice staff! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

Nice hotel in great location in the heart of lisbon. Close to shops and restaurants. The room was very small and the was no space for cloths. The breakfast was very basic
