Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto nuove, a cinque o sei minuti dall'aeroporto, molto conveniente, un autobus dell'aeroporto è a mezz'ora. È possibile registrarsi in anticipo sulla scena di ricezione, e l'auto può essere aperta in anticipo. Il servizio di ricezione è molto buono. L'auto di 6:20 è appena scappata per dieci minuti. I servizi erano fantastici l'hotel era pulito e molto carino il servizio clienti era tutto quello che mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno e tu resti ancora lì.

La qualità di Hilton è affidabile, vivendo sempre a Hilton in questi giorni.Ci sono cucine gratis, la chiave è che l'alloggio è molto economico

Era un bel posto! Personale fantastico ed educato. La camera aveva ottime caratteristiche come il letto estraibile, la smart tv e il bagno separato. La piscina era bella, c'erano anche troppe persone. Oh, e l'ascensore era super lento, lol, ma è tutto.

Ottimo motel! Grande posizione e meraviglioso personale! Il problema più grande è cercare di ottenere un letto pulito. Puoi dirgli che hai bisogno di tutto e finirai letteralmente con solo una parte di quello che hai bisogno. 🤦🏼‍♀️ È un problema. Sarebbe davvero bello se vivesse a lungo termine in chi si occupa di loro le camere potesse ottenere migliori tariffe scontate nelle loro camere. Sarebbe meraviglioso. A 15 minuti dall'aeroporto e sembra che stia gestendo una navetta aeroportuale. Ho preso un taxi Uber e ha costato circa $10 e è venuto molto comodo. Booked a room for one night on July 2 - hoping for a clean place for my family of four to sleep before early travel from BWI the next morning. This property fell short of expectations. Check in lacked hospitality. There was no Front Desk agent at the desk when we walked in to the lobby. One came out when he heard our voices in the lobby. No greeting - he just asked for my name and to validate the last four digits of my credit card for the booking. Didn't check my ID before handing my keys over. We were given an accessible, pet friendly room on the first floor, even though none of us require accessibility options, and were not traveling with any pets. As soon as we opened the door, my husband commented that the room smelled like a kennel. You could definitely tell that previous guests had stayed with their pets in the room. If you have respiratory issues I recommend avoiding any of the pet friendly rooms at this location - the smell was so overpowering that it was hard to breathe and sleep comfortably. Save for when I was sleeping, I wore my flip flops the entire time I was in the room. The carpet carried the pet urine smell, particularly in the main area. There was a scent of carpet cleaner overlaying the stench, hinting that they may have tried clean the carpet -- lots of foreign substances on the floor that I did not want touching my bare feet. Last, the accessible room was not a good option for a family traveling with two kids 7 and under. The bathroom layout does not include a walled in shower or bathtub. The shower has a chair for mobility impaired guests. However, this makes it so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when you use it, making it very very easy to slip and fall. Our youngest slipped and fell when he was making his way out of the bathroom. Thankfully he was walking slowly -- but had he been running, he could have experienced a bad fall. The one star is for the location -- we could not get out of there fast enough, and left for the airport at 4:30 in the morning. The property is a 10 minute drive to BWI.
