Hua Jian Grand Hotel is located in the core area of the urban characteristic landscape zone in Linqu County. It is adjacent to the waterfront greenway, riverside park, and wetland park, with abundant green spaces. To the north, it connects to the city's main arterial roads, including Yishan Road, Shunhe East Road, and Huangshan Road, offering convenient transportation. The hotel, invested and constructed by Hua jian Aluminum Industry Group, is another vivid practice of the group's passive ultra-low-energy buildings in the public building sector, following their application in comprehensive offices, industrial plants, and residential buildings. The hotel has a total construction area of 74,000 square meters, with 5 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. It features 278 guest rooms of various types, a grand banquet hall, luxury private rooms, a refined Western restaurant, as well as fitness facilities and tea rooms for leisure and entertainment. The overall layout of the hotel building is guided by an east-west "ceremonial axis" and a north-south "landscape axis," forming a unique traditional Chinese style. It is the first five-star standard passive ultra-low-energy hotel in China, integrating dining, meetings, accommodations, and recreational facilities.
