11點辦入住告知房間沒好，詢問是不是都住滿了回答有空的但是不能給升級，態度很生硬，也沒提有什麼其他方式可以先入住，後面是自己問有沒有標間房型得到肯定後在攜程換房型才入住的。進門後洗手枱上有沒收拾的垃圾，上面還有些毛髮，看得出是粘毛滾輪的紙，感覺很不好，因為這個再換房也沒必要，後續也沒有道歉之類的。可能華住會的酒店比較看中會員的意見，沒把我們攜程訂房的客人放在眼裡。
還有一點 馬桶🚽沖水聲音震耳欲聾，如果有同住的肯定是會被吵醒的程度，我還能聽到隔壁沖水的聲音。

該酒店新裝修不久，房間乾淨，環境舒適，設施齊全，尤其服務態度很好，入住感覺很好。四周便利店小吃店大飯店都有，方便就餐選擇。酒店內早餐非常豐富，停車免費，前往景點也很近，值得推薦入住。

房間設施非常新，對自己的選擇很滿意，馬桶加熱以及自動沖功能，然後早上把保温杯落在對面飯店，前台也幫我去拿了，非常感謝感恩，希望管理者對前台也能加以表揚，這邊商住環境很熱鬧，吃飯啥的都很方便，大家選擇這裏也不會失望。

廁所和房間隔音很好，同個房間廁所裏面人講話房間內都聽不太清楚。四樓隔音也很好，馬路邊的窗户一關上就聽不見了。新裝修的整體很舒適，很乾凈，早餐還挺好吃的。就是房間手機插頭有點少，找遍全房間就兩個手機插頭可以插。馬桶建議放個一次性馬桶墊。

真的是意外的驚喜，套房很舒適、簡潔。兩個大人＋一個大丫頭妥妥的。老公住酒店很挑剔的，一掃以往對漢庭的印象。週末吃飯換、逛街都很便捷，停車也方便，去各個景點打車也方便。

地理位置優越可以點到很多好吃的外賣房間窗户門關上，就很安靜了 二樓有洗衣機，洗烘也很方便入住時，前台還幫忙升級了房型很滿意

房間乾淨整潔，有免費的停車場，選擇停好車打車去景點，出行方便。出來就是花街，去吃了砂鍋焗海鮮，很好吃，價格實惠。

選的這家漢庭酒店位置很好，樓下附近很多飯店，房間明亮乾淨，無異味，熱水也很大，前台小姐姐也很親和，很滿意！
