Whether you want to get in your car and explore the area, or stay put and walk to restaurants, you will LOVE staying at the Cottage on Raspberry located in the quaint Village of Linglestown! Located on a quiet alley across from Koons Park with tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, public pool, and more! Walk to coffee shops, a brewery, cafe, book store, bar, spa, hair/nail salon, clothing store, pizza, and more!10 foot ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo, washer and dryer, brand new stainless appliances, luxury flooring, foosball, a wall mounted Arcade, 55 inch TV, and a private outdoor courtyard are only some of the things that make our cottage special! We have an outdoor dining table and umbrella. This home was completed in July 2023 and thoughtfully furnished...there isn't much you won't love!Please note: This cottage sits 25 yards behind a duplex. The duplex does have parking in the same lot as this home, but the asphalt pad behind this home has 2 designated parking spaces for you during your stay.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

"In luglio ho ordinato una suite con camera separata per una festa di compleanno in novembre. Abbiamo scoperto che la nostra camera di prenotazione è stata data via e siamo stati bloccati con i nostri nipoti in una camera con 2 letti matrimoniali. Non ero felice all'arrivo, ma hanno fatto tutto per renderci felici.Abbiamo avuto qualche $ indietro più Trip.com ci ha dato monete di viaggio verso la nostra prossima prenotazione"

"The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring."

"Questo hotel è meglio che andare in un altro hotel come l'Hilton o l'Howard Johnson o l'Econolodge e sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che le camere fossero più pulite di molti altri hotel in cui viaggio

"The hotel was a good location near the exit. The front lobby was updated decor, but the rooms/bathrooms were old style. They were clean though. We were too tired to check out the pool.
The breakfast had a good variety of foods, hot and cold. I would stay there again."

"Saluting by a great staff member the first night breakfast we best options I’ve had rooms clean found some stuff from previous people in room the pool was very warm but myself and children noted several things floating in the pool the floors everywhere Potrebbe usare un migliore vuoto ma in generale aveva un buon soggiorno!"
