"1. Poor Cleanliness The stay was extremely poor, and the room's cleanliness was appalling. There were obvious stains and hair on the sheets, dirt accumulated in the corners of the bathroom, and even the toilet seat showed signs of being uncleaned. After calling room service, the staff simply wiped it clean and said it was done, with a perfunctory attitude. Such cleanliness completely defies the hotel's price point. I will definitely not stay again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was infested with bugs, and I was left with bites all over my body. 2. Poor Service The hotel staff's attitude brought this stay to its lowest point. During check-in, the front desk staff was slow to respond, playing on their phone, and was indifferent to my questions, not even offering a smile. That evening, I tried to borrow a charger, but after calling housekeeping three times, someone finally answered, impatiently saying, "Go downstairs and get it yourself." This level of service truly needs improvement. 3. Poor Soundproofing/Noisy Environment The hotel's soundproofing is abysmal! I could clearly hear the conversations in the neighboring room and the footsteps in the hallway. There were even people making loud noises in the hallway early in the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. I called the front desk, but they just said they'd "let me remind you," but the situation didn't improve at all. I didn't sleep well that night, and I was completely exhausted the next day. I really don't recommend this hotel for those who value quality sleep. 4. Poor Value for Money - Poor Review This is the worst value hotel I've ever stayed in. The price is almost half that of other hotels in the same area, but the room size, decor, and breakfast quality are all way inferior. The breakfast selection is pitifully limited, and the taste is mediocre. Even the hot porridge was almost cold. I paid a high price for a poor service and experience, and I felt like I was being ripped off. I was very disappointed."
