Het hotel is ingeklemd tussen een doorgaande weg en een spoorlijn. Onze (kleine) kamer had geen airco. De keuze is: raam open: frisse lucht, maar niet slapen vanwege de herrie of raam dicht: geen herrie, maar niet slapen bij gebrek aan frisse lucht. Ontbijt goed, mensen vriendelijk, bed niet slecht, maar ja wat helpt dat?

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel-Gasthof Adler. Mit Landgasthof möchte ich den Charakter des Hauses umschreiben. Das denkmalgeschützte Haus präsentiert sich schon bei der Ankunft als ein Unikat mit Tradition. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und auf einem zeitgemäßen Stand. Der traditionelle, ländliche Charm setzt sich in den gemütlichen, mit viel Holz ausgestatten Gaststuben fort. Zu diesem Charakter passt auch die Speisekarte, die regionale Gerichte ohne Schnickschnack auflistet. Besonders angetan waren wir von „Unser Fischteller“. Einen passenden Wein vom Weingut Aufricht rundete den Genuss ab. Was will man mehr?

Das Hotel Adler liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Lindau, ist aber mit dem Bus im 30-Minuten-Takt gut angebunden. Der Bus ist in der Kurtaxe inklusive. Das historische Gebäude ist wirklich sehenswert. Es liegt leider zwischen Bahnstrecke und Landstraße, aber die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Die DZ Chalet sind anscheinend neu gestaltet, das Bad war neu. Im Gasthof oder Biergarten kann man gut essen, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Wij hebben op onze terugreis van een skivakantie uit la Villa in Italië hier overnacht. Waren met twee stellen. Auto op een fijne parkeerplaats geparkeerd, achter het huis, privéterrein, liggen toch al je spullen in voor de terugreis. Wat een heerlijk hotel, sfeervol ingericht. Belangrijkste rustig gelegen en heel schoon. Wij kwamen vrij laat aan, rond 20.00 uur, zat onderweg wat tegen met wegwerkzaamheden. Konden toch nog hier heerlijk eten, steen goede kok! De biefstuk was erg mals en goed klaargemaakt. Heerlijke kamer en douche met een flinke straal. Ontbijt was ook gevarieerd en smaakvol! Vriendelijk en snelle bediening! Top. Een aanrader.

Sehr freundlich, serviceorientiert, sehr gutes Essen, schöne moderne Zimmer - rundum eine Empfehlung. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Wir haben schon viel gesehen. Die Qualität liegt wohl daran, dass dieses Haus inhabergeführt ist. Das macht den Unterschied.

Belle auberge, la chambre était très confortable avec une grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et complet avec beaucoup de variétés de pains très frais. Le diner sous les arbres était très agréable et la cuisine gastronomique. Un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel qui offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Leuk hotel in de buurt van Lindau. Wij verbleven in een chalet kamer die recentelijk was bijgebouwd. Kamer en badkamer waren super schoon. Badkamer was voorzien van douche en toilet. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet was bij de prijs inbegrepen. In de avond kan er in het restaurant bij het hotel worden gegeten. Eten was werkelijk super en keuze meer dan nodig. Vriendelijke bediening. Bij het hotel is een eigen parking en het gebouw is voorzien van een lift. Bij boeking vragen voor kamer aan voorkant van het gebouw aangezien er aan de achterkant spoorlijn loopt waar tot midden in de nacht verkeer is.
