Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this family and pet-friendly home is a quiet escape just minutes from all Northern Virginia and DC has to offer. It’s been meticulously designed with top-of-the-line furniture and accessories (Ethan Allen, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, etc). Gather your friends and family. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Relax in the huge sun-filled family room complete with comfortable seating, a smart TV with live television access, a foosball table, puzzles, and games for all ages. Off of the family room is the fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, including standard, outdoor, and kid-friendly dinnerware. The dining room features a solid maple table that can expand up to 10 feet to comfortably accommodate a group of 12. It opens to the cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace and bay window. Down the hall are three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Each room is uniquely decorated and includes a smart TV with access to live television, a comfortable bed with premium linens, a desk, dresser, and closet. Upstairs, picture yourself relaxing in the luxurious master suite complete with a hand-carved bedframe from India, smart tv, desk, dresser, and ample closet space. The spa-like bathroom has marble floors, dual sinks, a deep jetted tub, separate shower, and water closet. Another large bedroom offers a trundle bed, walk-in closet, height adjustable desk (suitable for kids and adults), dresser, smart tv, and toys to keep your little ones entertained. Back downstairs, don’t forget about the oversized 2-car garage with workbench, overhead storage, and 220V plug for charging your electric vehicle. In addition to a high-efficiency washer and dryer and utility sink, the large laundry/mud room also offers a dog bed, food dishes, treats, toys, waste bags, and a doggy door that leads to the fully fenced backyard. This large, sunny, private, and flat backyard is the perfect place for your group to gather. The patio offers plenty of seating, a weber grill, and fire pit. Additionally outdoor games like cornhole and a slip-n-slide are available for your use. Still looking for more to do without leaving the neighborhood? A park with a great play area is located just across the street. Ready to venture out? There is easy access to the public bus system at the front of the neighborhood. Parking is available and always free. Reach the Pentagon in about 20 minutes. Prefer to drive? You can make it to the Pentagon or DC in less than 20 minutes. Additionally, a grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, gym, dry cleaner, and much more are located just 2 minutes away! **PETS** Pets will be approved on a case-by-case basis. There is a $50/pet/stay fee and an additional $200 refundable pet deposit. Payment will be collected through the booking platform. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout if no damages are identified. No animals with a history of aggression or property destruction are permitted. Unattended pets must be crated/caged. Please ensure no excessive noise from animals when they are outside. This is a quiet area and we want to be respectful neighbors. A home away from home This was a perfect spot for our family, who is spread out across the country, to gather and spend a week with each other while also working from home and catching up with friends. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but an easy drive away from Old Town Alexandria and the National Mall. We had ample space to be able to work from home and take our respective zoom calls while kids and grandparents were able to hang out in the yard and a gorgeous family room. Amy was in easily in touch and available with answers for any questions we had. If you are in the DC or Alexandra area and are looking for a gorgeous home to relax in, I would strongly recommend this lovely home.

Great place for family We had a great stay at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of activities for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed!

Perfect!! My brother and I, plus our families, were coming from several different states to lay our parents to rest in Arlington. There was an incredible amount of planning and attention to details that were needed. Throughout the entire process of booking our stay, to responding to questions while we were there, Amy took such wonderful care of us. Very caring, assertive, and responsive! While looking for a venue to host our family following the burial, Amy went above and beyond and reached out to a local restaurant and made the arr The home is beautiful, very clean, and very close to everything we wanted to see and do.

We loved the host, home and location This home had enough room for all of our youth and adults. It was very clean and well stocked with all the essential. The host was super helpful and answered every question we made have had. She made it so easy to enjoy our stay. I recommend this home to anyone that needs plenty of space for your family and great location.

Perfect place for family gathering! We booked Amy’s home for my dad’s 85th birthday. I was a little worried we could have some allergy issues with one of my relatives since it is pet friendly. And I always worry about pet smells with pet friendly homes. But her home is spotless with no signs of a pet at all. She was so sweet to even change the air filters before our arrival when I voiced my concerns. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and a nice long table. And it was a super easy check in and out. Great size house for our family and foos ball was a hit. The yard is huge too but it was a bit cold to be outside during our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it! Thanks Amy for your hospitality and providing us with a a great place to enjoy family time and celebrate my dad. 😊
