The most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service.

This is my first stay with a Mainstay and only booked because of the good reviews and area. We checked in around 8pm. Heidi was very friendly and helpful. The room was in good order and clean. We did not have any noise disturbances. The pool was heated and of good size, larger than some other hotel pools we have seen. It went from 3ft to 5ft. The hot tub was nice and hot. Pool area was clean and plenty of towels. Beds were not bad. Slept well. Breakfast was very good. Large variety from bacon/sausage eggs, make your own waffles to microwave breakfast sandwiches and yogurts. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Check out was simple with no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

I chose this property based off of the ******* reviews, and boy were they right. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in a very long time. The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was excellent and had good hours. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfortable and room was good size. No one at front desk to check out for multiple minutes- seemed odd. Worst was sound proofing - or lack there of between floors. Whoever was above us had kids running back and forth in the room till 11, then back up again by 5:30 running again, this time also had a bowl dropping and bouncing. Kept us up and then woke us up! I love kids, but there has to be a way for this to be quieter!

The rooms were wonderful! Comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was good. The pool and hot tub were loved by all. It was perfect for our family get together. They even had a conference room we used for our gift exchange. The only downfall was the receptionist that was working the evening we arrived. She was very unpersonable, would not look at you when talking and even went so far as to put up the 'be back in a few minutes 'sign just as my husband went up to ask her a question, and proceeded to say 'what do you want?' in a rude tone. Maybe she was having a bad day, (I wish I would have asked and given her the opportunity to explain herself) but that is no way to treat guests. We will definitely stay here again but hope to be greated with more courtesy and respect.
