Upon arriving in the first room that we were given, I was met with a clear and overwhelming smell of urine coming from the bathroom. I requested to be moved to another room, only to find the same smell in the next two rooms I was shown. The fourth room, while marginally better, still had a faint urine smell lingering in the bathroom, which made for an uncomfortable stay. There was also visible evidence of mould in the room, which appeared to have been hastily covered up. Would avoid at all costs.

Currently staying in the hotel indefinitely and the staff have been amazing. Nothing is too much for them and you’re always greeted with a hello when you enter. Highly recommended 👌🏻 bed is comfy, rooms are clean and maintained by the staff impeccably

Brilliant place beds are so comfy and all the staff are friendly and polite would highly recommend nothing is to much trouble for them.even the night staff are lovely only thing it was lacking is a lift and a bar but there is 2 within 10 mins of there if that.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I was here for a few days and needed some medication stored in the fridge. No questions asked, they just took it from ne, labelled it with my name and room number and let me access it as and when I need it. Room was clean and tidy also.

First Travel lodge i have been in where i have had to complain or give it less than a 10/10, the place is looking tired, not the cleanest and the beds in the accessibility rooms are far too soft for a disabled person to use.

Live local and always book my Mother to stay whilst she visits Staff always super friendly Thank you to Jack for sorting the twin to a double last night really appreciated your help The lady who was on shift Sunday morning 9/3 met her many times always has a smile and is a credit to the business

I booked a few days away at this Travelodge and then decided to add an extra day to our trip. This did mean we would have to check out and the back in. Although I asked the lovely ladies who were managing the reception on the Saturday morning that we were supposed to check out, if we could stay in the same room, even though the room was different to my original booking. They were so helpful and let us stay in the same room instead of moving. They did explain that because we had a different type of room we would normally have to checks out…… Our stay was fabulous, the room was clean and noise free. The staff fabulous. Definitely come back here.

Friendly staff/ staff are a credit to the business. Hopefully I should be back next week. Definitely worth a stay. There a loads of food places in the surrounding area. And 1 minor thing is the car park is quite small. So not beneficial If you have a big vehicle

For the amount paid, it was very basic and the room had little or any soap. Due to the time I came back to the room, I couldn't be bothered to go to reception
