The back yard is the Pemi river where you can swim and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Close to hiking, shopping and adventure.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO PETS - The property manager strictly enforces this rule, with a $150 fine per pet found anywhere on the property without prior notice..NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY except for the one designated smoking area gazebo in the parking lot. Automatic $150 fine no warnings.,Quiet hours 10PM-8AM
