room is very clean, staff were helpful.
They don't have a carpark, you use the Q-park across street above Dunnes, and pay at a special rate of 12/per 24 hour at reception when check out.

Decisamente sotto le aspettative. Innanzitutto su due ascensori per otto piani uno era fuori servizio (per entrambi i giorni della mia permanenza) con relative attesa interminabili. In secondo luogo avevo espressamente chiesto una camera lontano da fonti rumorose e di tutta risposta sono stato dislocato direttamente sotto l'area adibita ai motori dei climatizzatori.
Fatto presente una prima volta mi è stato detto che la sera il rumore sarebbe terminato (cosa che ovviamente non è avvenuta). Ribadito di Nuovo il problema mi e stato suggerito di provare a cambiare stanza , adiacente a quella che già occupavo, e che quindi non ha assolutamente risolto il problema.
Il manager dell'hotel si è scusato ma i "manager" dovrebbero trovare soluzioni o scuse tangibili...non sprecare parole...
Pessima esperienza per una catena che fino ad ora mi aveva sempre garantito un certo standard

The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Room amenities and the gym were also very good. The decor of the common areas was also pleasant.
However the quality of food at breakfast was very disappointing. The menu and service was good, but the food that arrived was lukewarm, bland and small in size.
Overall a very pleasant stay, but surprised by poor breakfast.

Pros - Location is great as central is city.
Cons - Parking, if you are parking in the suggested multi story, remove your motorway toll device from windscreen as otherwise you will be charged full amount to your toll account.
When I drove to the car park barrier automatically went up, where as I should have removed my motorway toll device and took a ticket at the car park. No mention of this on their website, yet staff are well aware of the issue, so I had to pay full overnight at car park and not the €12.
By the way, valet parking is €36 and that is probably some member of staff parking your car in the car park for €12.
On the morning of the 27th December, no hot water in the shower or for that matter the hotel, it seems it was a hospital wide issue.
USB chargers in the sockets at the bedside, not working.
No tea bags, only coffee in the bedroom.
There are only toiletries for one person, 1 small bottle of shower gel, in case you don't bring your own and two people are staying, use it sparingly.
I did read some so so comments, but I still took a chance, would I take a chance again, no I wouldn't.
Is this a 4 star , with the experience I had no.
The good experience was the breakfast at the Hook and Ladder, which is walking distance from the hotel..

My family arrived on Christmas Eve. The hotel was beautiful. Checking in was extremely loud due to the amount of people. Bruno was the man and helped with everything! During our stay, we had the tell the hotel there was no hot water. The hot tub was at most, kind of warm. Could not find any pool towels. Our view from the 4th floor was some trashy old buildings and roofs. I ordered dessert from the bar downstairs, they forgot the ice cream, then the vanilla anglaise, then the utensils, then the crackers for the cheese. And now i have melted ice cream. I have not been to many 5⭐️ hotels, but I dont feel this should be. But it was Christmas and not much was open. The hotel was beautiful and nice rooms and located in a shopping area, but would Recommend a good ole B&B for a cheaper price and use the extra $ for experiences.

Stale and unfriendly receptionist upon arrival.
It seems that smiling at the guests isn't a prerequisite from the reception staff.
The opposite can be said from the restaurant staff though.
Hairs from the previous occupant/guest in the shower and on the bathroom floor.
The gym has the essential equipment however, the space is cramped within the little room.
Unpleasantly surprised and disappointed by this "5" star hotel.

Overall loved the hotel, absolutely beautiful downfall was the leisure centre jacuzzi was cold so was the swimming pool.
