Hotel in zona Museum of Industrial Pharmacy, Limassol

We went with Jet2 to this hotel and returned on 10th February so quite up to date feedback. I emailed the hotel beforehand with a couple of questions and some ”preferences” and my requests were taken on board when we arrived. The hotel is in a lovely location, not too far from the beach and a promenade that goes to the new port in one direction and about 8 miles in the other. A bus stop is at the end of the road and the local bus 30 costs 1.50 Euro no matter how far you travel on the route. Buses go to Nicosia and Larnaca from a nearby bus stop 7 Euros return. We arrived quite late and after a brief wash and change of clothes we went to dinner. (7 - 9.30pm). A wide choice of fresh salads or soup to start with and then 3 choices of meat/fish, vegetables, pasta potatoes etc., all freshly cooked and delicious. Dessert was a choice of small cakes, panacota and fruit salad and fresh fruit. The food for the main courses changed each evening, but not the quality - always great. Breakfast was buffet style with continental style food, full English and lovely thick porridge - coffee, fruit juice provided. Our room was comfortable and had seating at one end, with a fairly big TV on the wall - nothing worth watching except Sky news). TVs downstairs allowed me to watch Premiership football, but some finished very late as Cyprus is 2 hours ahead of UK. Sea/pool facing balcony (211). A couple of things wrong which were sorted within 30 minutes of being pointed out. Tea/coffee facilities were available plus a fridge which was very useful. We had half board but if we couldn't make dinner we could have lunch instead. Hotel staff were great, especially Marina, the room steward and in the dining room Kostatinos and Nicholas. Other staff in the dining room were also very helpful. 3 nights a week the diners were entertained with live music and on one evening Greek style dancing too! The rooms were serviced daily with clean towels and toiletries. There is a gym, a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, but too cold to use in January/February. Lots of seating around the outside of the hotel. There is an extensive book swop which we found useful I read the reviews before I went and I was apprehensive to an extent but once there I was able to make my own mind up, as written above. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and think the moaners must work for another hotel to make the Kapetanios look bad. I wish Jet2 promoted this hotel more as it is ideal for couples and families and reasonably priced too.

I really liked the hotel and staff for my visit this year. Yes minor faults in the room, but this is a 3-star hotel, so did not expect a flawless experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful, I was mainly there for warmer weather and ankle rehab via the pool onsite, which I might add was great. The O'Brian bar staff are busy at times and that can delay service, but it's not meant to be busy like a UK pub. The room was acceptable with a balcony view of a new build called the Trilogy, so although they started work at 6.30 am the double-glazed door kept a vast amount of the noise out. The best balcony experience would be poolside as this captures the sun for most of the day, and 1st floor has an extended balcony with a table and a sun umbrella. The reception also has a supply of towels for the pool, so you do not have to take the towels out of your room. Checking in and out was great, and they have a spare area for luggage to be kept after checking out so you can still explore the area before your taxi arrives back at the airport. I shall look forward to returning to this hotel, based on the service and the prices.

L'esperienza è fantastica : la posizione dell'hotel è grande È molto vicino alla spiaggia.. direttamente dall'hotel. La squadra è molto gentile ,helpfu, offre il miglior servizio che avete bisogno in ogni cosa : in ricevimento, sala da pranzo, in camera, in spiaggia, e anche in ”kai” ristorante che era anche perfetto , con musica tranquilla ... Vorremmo ringraziarvi per un alloggio fantastico 🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹 Ma il vostro hotel sia benedetto e sempre con successo , E naturalmente vi ritroveremo con la famiglia del buco 😊🙏🌹

Salle de sport et piscine non accessibles car fermés si vous arrivez en fin de journée. Chambre lit jumeaux non rénovée donc déco tadée. Idem pour salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner néanmoins (ils proposent même du lait d amande sans sucre... Ce qui est plutôt rare dans les hôtels). Possibilité de déjeuner dans la salle où au bord de la piscine. Petit parking gratuit non nécessaire de réserver mais étant hors saison il y avait encore de la place. Je ne réserverais pas là bas pour des vacances. J y ai juste fait une halte une nuit. Pas de chaîne de télévision française ni de possibilité de mettre Netflix avec son compte. Wifi gratuit. Petit déjeuner a partir de 7h. Bon emplacement pour visiter le site antique de Kourion (a une vingtaine de minutes), ce qui permet d arriver tôt avant l afflux de touristes

L'hotel è molto bello, dotato di palestra e piscina con bar all'interno, spa, tre differenti ristoranti e qualche negozietto al suo interno. Il personale della reception non è molto sorridente e non si sforza di aiutare gli stranieri nella comprensione, tuttavia Lilia è stata molto gentile e disponibile nel aiutarci. Il personale del bar è solare e molto disponibile, in particolare Vana, Marek e Gioko sono dei ragazzi splendidi che hanno reso ancora più piacevole la nostra permanenza in hotel. I camerieri di sala e delle stanze sono super gentili e nonostante le difficoltà nella comunicazionione si sono dimostrati molto gentili e pazienti ma soprattutto sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato inoltre offerto un cocktail di benvenuto e per il mio compleanno ci hanno gentilmente offerto la torta, omaggiando inoltre di un piatto di frutta in camera per il nostro ultimo giorno. Hotel fantastico ma io metterei in reception gente più solare che ama fare il proprio lavoro.

Le camere sembrano già stanche e chiedono la riparazione. La costruzione è iniziata anche vicino all'hotel - rumore e polvere nelle camere che guardano il mare. Ora è vista sul sito di costruzione.

Bell'hotel, ottima posizione, camere spaziose e pulite. Ci sono domande sul servizio di cibo nel ristorante e il buffet non è molto vario. Non consiglierei di consumare pasti completi diversi dalla colazione. Ottima anche la zona termale

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I
