Hotel in zona Church of St. Nektariou, Limassol

We went with Jet2 to this hotel and returned on 10th February so quite up to date feedback. I emailed the hotel beforehand with a couple of questions and some ”preferences” and my requests were taken on board when we arrived. The hotel is in a lovely location, not too far from the beach and a promenade that goes to the new port in one direction and about 8 miles in the other. A bus stop is at the end of the road and the local bus 30 costs 1.50 Euro no matter how far you travel on the route. Buses go to Nicosia and Larnaca from a nearby bus stop 7 Euros return. We arrived quite late and after a brief wash and change of clothes we went to dinner. (7 - 9.30pm). A wide choice of fresh salads or soup to start with and then 3 choices of meat/fish, vegetables, pasta potatoes etc., all freshly cooked and delicious. Dessert was a choice of small cakes, panacota and fruit salad and fresh fruit. The food for the main courses changed each evening, but not the quality - always great. Breakfast was buffet style with continental style food, full English and lovely thick porridge - coffee, fruit juice provided. Our room was comfortable and had seating at one end, with a fairly big TV on the wall - nothing worth watching except Sky news). TVs downstairs allowed me to watch Premiership football, but some finished very late as Cyprus is 2 hours ahead of UK. Sea/pool facing balcony (211). A couple of things wrong which were sorted within 30 minutes of being pointed out. Tea/coffee facilities were available plus a fridge which was very useful. We had half board but if we couldn't make dinner we could have lunch instead. Hotel staff were great, especially Marina, the room steward and in the dining room Kostatinos and Nicholas. Other staff in the dining room were also very helpful. 3 nights a week the diners were entertained with live music and on one evening Greek style dancing too! The rooms were serviced daily with clean towels and toiletries. There is a gym, a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, but too cold to use in January/February. Lots of seating around the outside of the hotel. There is an extensive book swop which we found useful I read the reviews before I went and I was apprehensive to an extent but once there I was able to make my own mind up, as written above. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and think the moaners must work for another hotel to make the Kapetanios look bad. I wish Jet2 promoted this hotel more as it is ideal for couples and families and reasonably priced too.

We stayed here recently. This is quite a stunning hotel very near to beach & harbour. Splendid location & the hotel is modern whilst still retaining its historical charm. The rooms as beautifully furnished & luckily enough we had a rear side room that was away from a late night club oposite. We had one super interaction with Aggis who served our breakfast on 2 of our days. He was polite, friendly & efficient although on his own with quite a few tables to cover. So thank you Aggis for your kindness. However 2 things that disappointed & unfortunately stops me marking 5/5 Our room had a toilet beyond the shower cubical & you needed to transit the shower area to get to the toilet. Now if someone has had a shower you need to transit a wet area to get to the toilet. Also the screen for the toilet / shower area did not go up to the ceiling so very limited privacy. Not good in my eyes. We were on a b/b package & was told that we could order anything from the menu that had individually priced items for those either on a room only basis or non residents. My wife ordered a second Americano that the receptionist who was doubling as a server deemed we should pay €4 Euros for. My point is is that l could of had anything from the menu & not paid more but have 2 coffees & the hotel wants to squeeze another €4 from you. We paid about €450 for our stay so felt it was penny pinching I paid but was not happy

Un nuovo hotel grande ed molto elegante !!! Il personale del receptionista era molto amichevole e assolutamente professionale, trattare i loro clienti sempre con un sorriso e rispetto. Il responsabile della relazione ospite (Jamie) farà sempre il suo meglio per aiutarti !!! Per quanto riguarda la posizione grande, nessuna auto necessaria, vicino a tutti i grandi luoghi per visitare a piedi !!! Ben fatto a tutti i membri del personale NYX limassol.

Salle de sport et piscine non accessibles car fermés si vous arrivez en fin de journée. Chambre lit jumeaux non rénovée donc déco tadée. Idem pour salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner néanmoins (ils proposent même du lait d amande sans sucre... Ce qui est plutôt rare dans les hôtels). Possibilité de déjeuner dans la salle où au bord de la piscine. Petit parking gratuit non nécessaire de réserver mais étant hors saison il y avait encore de la place. Je ne réserverais pas là bas pour des vacances. J y ai juste fait une halte une nuit. Pas de chaîne de télévision française ni de possibilité de mettre Netflix avec son compte. Wifi gratuit. Petit déjeuner a partir de 7h. Bon emplacement pour visiter le site antique de Kourion (a une vingtaine de minutes), ce qui permet d arriver tôt avant l afflux de touristes

Prenotato con Booking per due mattina distanza di 4 gg l’una dall’altra. La prima notte camera favolosa e personale di reception gentile e disponibile, la seconda notte camera pessima, bagno piccolissimo, doccia con tenda e frigobarrumoroso. Nonostante le nostre proteste e la disponibilità a pagare qualcosa in più ci è stato risposto che non c’erano camere disponibili, evidenzio che abbiamo prenotato più di un mese fa. Colazione confermo ottima ed abbondante. Quindi occhio quando prenotate pretendere le camere dell’ala nuova.

First time here as we usually stay with mum who lives in Limassol. I understand this use to be a COVID hub hotel so it’s well known and centrally located in town by many restaurants and clubs close by and opposite a lovely beach. We arrived late 11:45pm and night check in was ok , didn’t give us much info on hotel, wifi etc although the night staff gent was kind to give us some milk (pasteurised) so we could have a cup of tea. We were on the 5th floor, room 518 which was a sort of sea room, although sea/pool facing rooms were far better and what I would call a sea facing room. Our room was east facing. Our room had a double bed, single bed and a little futon which when turned down could be another bed suitable for a child, although the room to move around would be really tight. The room wasn’t overtly big to begin with to be honest. The balcony was an ok size although there was some building work going on to the side of the hotel in the distance, not a lot of noise. The room was equipped with a kettle and hairdryer and mini fridge. If you wanted to use the safe, it’s €3 per day. Shower was a good size, although water pressure was rubbish. Small TV on wall had only 1 British channel in the eve , the rest was German and other languages, no smart channels you could log into. Not a lot of hanging space for clothes but they did have a 3 prong plugs everywhere so you didn’t have to worry about adapters. It was cleaned to a good standard. You have to put your toilet paper in bins and not down the loo which I didn’t like at all especially in the heat. We had some issues with balcony doors not closing and some lights in the room having blown out and maintenance sorted it out within, I kid you not, within 3 mins. Unfortunately, the balcony door was still faulty when we left. Breakfast was fine, loads of seats and plenty to eat to suit all tastes. Pool wasn’t big, but there was plenty of sun beds and you were literally opposite the sea. Loads of kids when we were here dive bombing and making lots of noise which was irritating. Pool bar and restaurant was ok to be fair and moderately priced. Most staff were very polite and helpful apart from Christalla on reception who was quite rude to us when we enquired about extending our stay, it’s the first time ever that a hotel has never tried to help as we had a late flight home and also when we tried organising a taxi home for my 90 yr old mother last night, I was told to wait in reception and I tried to explain that my mother was at the top which fell on deaf ears. We ended up having to use the gyms shower cubicle which actually is on a timed light so halfway through my shower I was left in complete darkness and had to scramble trying to find the sink to wave to get the light to come back on. Secondly I was concerned that when I asked for the key for the holding room for luggage I was told by the man who was on duty with Christalla on the day we were leaving that they don’t lock the luggage door

Posto incantevole in cui soggiornare, un po' troppo caro, ma nel complesso è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. Perso alcuni punti sui numerosi ritardi che abbiamo avuto. Sia dal servizio in camera che dal team. Il direttore principale ci ha regalato un delizioso bouquet e ci ha fatto sentire al caldo. Il manager di Locatelli, Mario, il suo team e il capo ci hanno regalato la migliore esperienza di sempre!!! Siamo tornati diverse volte a mangiare lì e si sono presi cura di noi ogni singola volta. Preparare cibo vegano/vegetariano incredibile e Apu, il nostro cameriere, ha assicurato che tutto fosse fantastico. Le strutture termali sono uniche, abbiamo apprezzato tutte le aree e la piscina di sale ma il massaggio era così così, per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. La sala colazione era molto rumorosa, i camerieri litigavano ed era molto rumoroso. Anche la musica costante che risuona ovunque non era allineata con la serenità che questo luogo mira a creare. Eravamo ai piani alti e potevamo ancora sentire la musica della piscina fino a tarda ora. Torneremo sicuramente a Locatelli. Per quanto riguarda stare lì..potremmo fare un altro tentativo.

Bell'hotel, ottima posizione, camere spaziose e pulite. Ci sono domande sul servizio di cibo nel ristorante e il buffet non è molto vario. Non consiglierei di consumare pasti completi diversi dalla colazione. Ottima anche la zona termale

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I
