Fabulous hotel to end our holiday in South America - lovely room and bathroom, great breakfast and coffee and the staff were fantastic. Good recommendations for local bars / cafes/ restaurants and a great location in Barranco - highly recommend if you are heading to Lima

This hotel is fantastic. If you are choosing Barranco, by far our favourite district of Lima, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. Small but offering a full service, the rooms are generous and stylish, the welcome sensational and the service is simply outstanding. If there is a better “head of customer experience” than Isaac, I’d love to meet him! But in truth all of the staff are wonderful. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter and I enjoyed a 2 night stay at Villa Barranco in a spacious Junior Suite off the garden. We loved everything about this property –– the beautiful breakfasts, the rooftop patio, the quiet location, but most of all, the attentive owners and staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel like family. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up changing our Cusco hotel to the Ananay Palacio Manco Capac. Note: We stayed our first night in Lima at the Hotel B, which is also a lovely property, but it was Villa Barranco that stole our hearts.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a beautiful villa. The hotel has fabulous interior decorating. A tasty breakfast is served in the front room and adjacent terrace with very personalised service. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. At the roofterrace they serve a great Pisco Sour.

Absolutely stellar stay at Villa Barranco. The property and rooms are gorgeous. Our initial rooms were fantastic, then we were treated to room upgrades which were even more stunning. For breakfast each morning we had the most delicious eggs and pancakes. The property itself is wonderful but the team at Villa Barranco were the most kind, knowledgeable, accommodating. Issac, Raphael, Sarah, Julio, Daniel, Frank and everyone else on the team made our trip so fabulous! Absolutely recommend at stay at Villa Barranco! We will be here for our next visit to Lima!

The hotel manager Isaac Pilares Obregon does an extraordinary job of running a beautiful boutique hotel in the best and safest area of Lima. His joyful presence and meticulous attention to detail, especially with the hotel’s amazing rooftop breakfast, made our stay at Villa Barranco the highlight of our time in Lima.

We loved our stay. Excellent location. Beautiful decor and rooms. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of outdoor space and gardens, roof decks and places to relax. The breakfast was perfect as they served until 11 for tired travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lima!

Be careful if you need to cancel - I booked this hotel in January, but opted to not stay there anymore. I am fairly certain I cancelled the reservation online but something must've gone wrong on either end because they now claim the reservation was never cancelled. However, I never received: - A reservation reminder - Check-in information / details - Any attempt to contact me when I "failed" to check in Today, I was just charged 50% of the entire stay, which is a significant amount. My attempts to contact them and amend this didn't lead anywhere.

We stayed here at the start of our adventures in Peru and when we returned at the end of our trip we were received with a warm welcome; it is just like staying at a friend’s house! The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much bother; the beds are very comfortable; the bathrooms beautifully decorated and everywhere you are enveloped in peace and quiet. A wide variety of delicious food is available at breakfast, the coffee is fabulous and Rafael’s pisco sours on the roof terrace are far too easily quaffable. This place is a wonderful refuge from the hubbub of Lima and I would thoroughly recommend.
