Sono rimasto un po' deluso dall'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto al momento del check-in. Mi sentivo come se stessi sprecando il tempo della persona.

0 things to do other than swim prior to 10 :00 am on a Saturday which is tough with kids. Pool and rooms are not kid friendly. Thin walls (could hear every word of neighbors convo until midnight), no ledges to set anything in shower.

I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree.

以商務飯店來說cp值滿高的，還鄰近美國商場Mall of America，逛街買東西滿方便，唯一比較沒有超級市場的商店，樓下餐廳水準頗高，早餐真的很好吃

Check in and out was easy as was parking. Some of the elevators didnt go to our floor as the button was broke. The room was nice but the pillows are awful/flat. The shower was good but theres no fan so lots of steam and you could see moisture damage on the ceiling. Loved having easy access to the mall

The hotel in the parking ramp was not functional, and there was no signage reflecting that. So having young children with me trying to navigate where to go to get to the hotel was very frustrating.
