The hotel is 5’ on foot to Melnik in a green zone and you can find it easily. It has a big private and free parking, a reception always open, a large restaurant and many common areas. Our room was essential but comfortable, clean and spacious enough, the bathroom was OK but the shower was without protection for water (neither cabin nor curtain). The weather was quite warm so we didn’t use either heating or air conditioning. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner. I liked the breakfast very much: yogurt, jam and fruit in syrup were delicious.

I stayed with my family in the middle of November. The temperature outside was around 10 degrees Celsius. The temperature inside the hotel room was the same even with the AC turned on to 30 degrees. It was extremely cold. On the top of it there was no hot water.
