The location of the hotel is very good. Very near to the entrance to the old town. And walking distance to the waterwheel, which is perfect for us. The hotel area is also very beautiful with the ginkgo trees turning yellow.
The breakfast is simple but enough for us. The staffs were really helpful. Even with language barrier, we still managed to communicate. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. For the price we paid, definitely recommended for its location and service.

- proprio sopra l'antica città di Lijiang
- Il letto e il piumone sono super confortevoli
- hanno bidet e riscaldamento a pavimento!! 👍🏻
- L'interno della camera è bellissimo e ben attrezzato. Tanti gadget gratuiti.
- La vista dall'area colazione è INCREDIBILE. Nelle belle giornate da lì puoi vedere la montagna
- il loro servizio di maggiordomo è SUPER fantastico! GRAZIE U LI JIAHAO (e amici!!) per l'eccellente servizio durante il nostro soggiorno. È così veloce, affidabile e attento. Siete tutti il momento clou del mio soggiorno in questo hotel👍🏻
Contro:
- è una sfida fisica fin da quando sali sulla tua macchina. è sopra l'antica città di Lijiang, quindi fai il check-in/out, vai nell'antica città o torna in hotel devi salire/scendere le scale. Viaggi con bambini piccoli o anziani? Evitare!!
- Acqua calda instabile per la doccia. Il tempo medio era di 1c durante il nostro soggiorno, fare la doccia con acqua tiepida è un incubo.
- È un hotel davvero piccolo, più simile a una guest house, e la nostra camera è vicino a una strada trafficata che è molto rumorosa! Sento il clacson dell'auto anche a mezzanotte e già alle 6 del mattino😭.
- La colazione è nella media
- Era il mio compleanno durante il mio soggiorno. L'hotel non ha prestato alcuna attenzione, nemmeno un biglietto di compleanno, per non parlare di una piccola torta. Il nostro maggiordomo aiuta mio marito ad andare a comprare la torta a tarda notte così posso fare una piccola festa 😅😅
- secondo me è più adatto a chiamarsi hotel 4 stelle. E il prezzo è troppo alto, mi aspetto più vantaggi come qualsiasi altro hotel a 5 stelle, ma il prezzo di altri hotel a 5 stelle è 1/3 in meno (oltre ad Amandayan ovviamente) rispetto a questo hotel.
Conclusione: mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno. Ma non tornerò qui per il mio prossimo viaggio.

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Lijiang Railway Station located approximately 11km away and Lijiang Sanyi Airport roughly 29km away. There's plenty to do nearby, with Mu's Mansion, Wishing Pavillion and Lishui Jinsha Performance all within a short distance. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Had a pleasant 1 night stay at the hotel after experiencing a night at a traditional inn.
The hotel is clean and quiet, equipped with modern facilities that makes your stay convenient and effortless…
There is a small gym located on the 4th level, as well as a dining area which has a splendid view with the mountains in the backdrop.
Breakfast was also great with a decent spread of mostly local dishes to fill your tummy and energise you before your long day exploring the snow mountain area or the bustling ancient city streets.
Would recommend! 🙂

Reached Lijiang via Rail and took a 5rmb bus ride which I can buy the ticket before the railway station exit. It take about 40mins and alight at the North gate of the Lijiang Ancient town. Walked for about 10mins to reach the hotel. Very easy to find. It’s located right at the outer circumference of the ancient town, away from the pub music at night. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. I book tours with him and he will advise what tourists trap to avoid. There are a lot of food options just at the main road 10 meters away. Visited the Elephant Hill at 黑龙潭 park. Best location to see the sunrise of Yulong Mountains, best of all, it’s free if you reach there before 7am. Had a very nice tea session with the staff of the hotel. The tea is super nice and no hard selling of the tea products. We enjoyed chatting abt everything under the sun. Will definitely come back and stay here in future.

Prima di tutto, la camera è pulita, le cose sono ben posizionate e mantenute pulite e pulite.
La posizione è proprio fuori dalla città antica di Lijiang, che è perfetta perché non sarà così rumoroso quando si richiede un riposo precoce, è anche abbastanza vicino alla parte più bullitica della città. Se avete qualche problema, sono sicuro che sarà felice di aiutarvi, quindi non si denuncia quando è finita quando si potrebbe arrivare a lui e sono sicuro che aiuterà al meglio delle sue abilità.
Le camere sono ben fornite, ci sono abbastanza per passare la notte. Ci sono anche un aircondition, lavatrice, angolo di riposo, TV e una parte per vedere la città notturna. Non dire la stanza è davvero grande per quel prezzo.

I stayed here for 2 nights. What i liked about this hotel is that the location is near the giant water wheel, but not inside the ancient town. So our tour guide can pick us up by the doorstep. Halal eateries are also available but its the opposite way of the ancient town. I also admire that the hotel provide so many amenities, like mini washing machine, japan-like toilets, oxygen machine, and also universal plug in the room. The bed was comfy, no problem with water heater. Everything is good. We had a great time staying here and recommend people to stay here as well.

La stanza è luminosa, bellamente decorata, molto pulita. L'acqua calda è istantanea, AC è in grado di soffiare aria calda, fantastico per le notti fredde invernali.
I proprietari dell'hotel forniscono servizi eccellenti, mantenendo gli ospiti collegati attraverso Wechat prima della data di arrivo e durante il nostro soggiorno. Anche noi ci aiutarono a ordinare il cane di Pechino quando siamo stati esauriti dopo un giorno di visita.

LLEEWe enjoyed our stay here, so when we returned from Shangri-la to Lijiang, we made a repeat booking at this place. The cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff were the main reasons for our return.
Location: This place is situated near the border of the Lijiang Ancient City. It is close to the main road (2 min walk) which makes it easy to meet your driver for airport transfer or any tour you join. It is also extremely convenient to get to the main attractions such as Mu Residence (5 min) and Zhongyi Night Market (6-8 min). You will be away from the hustle and bustle at night, and get some peace and quiet.
Room: We were lucky that we got a room on the ground floor, as we had very heavy luggage. It would be very difficult to pull them up the stairs if we were on the upper floor. Every room has a different name, and shows that the owners put some thought into giving each of their guests a unique experience. The room we got was of moderate size, with a small sofa area for you to enjoy tea and snacks. There was also a kettle and four cups, and a 5-litre water dispenser that dispensed hot and cold water - I appreciated this, which was more environmentally friendly and generous than other accommodation which gave us 2 bottles of water (500ml each) each every day. The room was also equipped with heating, for the room and the floor, and they were controlled by the front desk. There was also a humidifier. The room's interior decoration was warm and cozy.
Outdoor: We also enjoyed sitting outdoors, idling, gazing at the fish, watching the flowers bloom, while enjoying many cups of tea.
Toilet: It was of decent size, with a shower cubicle that dispensed hot water pretty quickly. They provided us with everything so there's nothing you need to bring: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, slippers for shower, towels for body and hair, one-time face towels, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, detergent.
Service: The staff was hospitable, friendly, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed chatting with them over many cups of tea, and rose pastries. They even recommended travel routes and restaurants to us, which were very good, and we even got discounts or freebies by telling the restaurants where we were staying. It was easy to communicate with the staff on WeChat, they responded promptly, and arranged free airport transfer for us as we stayed more than three nights.
Food: Breakfast was served every morning, which included a bowl of Yunnan mixian (noodles), a steamed bun, a hard-boiled egg, corn, and some spicy preserved vegetables. Every booking came with one serving of afternoon tea, which included rose pastries and a variety of fruits. We arrived after midnight and the staff prepared some rose pastries and fruit for us, in case we would be hungry, which was very thoughtful of them!

老闆人非常的nice，客棧雖在古城裡麪，但離停車場就兩分鐘的步行距離，老闆還會專門出來幫我們搬行李，離店的時候也是幫我們搬出古城
房間乾淨整潔，非常温馨，還有一籃備用包，幾乎把我們想不到的小東西全部都包含了，細節滿滿
房間還包含了一個大陽台實在太舒服，到的當天和隊友坐在陽台的椅子上看着樓下古城人來人往，別是一番滋味，就像住在這裏久一點不想離開
我們到達的時候老闆準備了下午茶點，早餐米線非常好吃，晚上還有睡前銀耳羹，因為和隊友晚上去酒吧回來很晚，老闆非常貼心的用保温桶裝着銀耳羹，睡前來一碗暖暖的
總體來説這真的是一家非常棒的客棧，絕對強推，我們下次打算來這裏住久一點好好享受享受

客棧老闆娘很好。由於古城衹能步行， 老闆娘還特地幫我們託運行李進入客棧（前提是： 您需要提前通知客棧老闆娘）。房間設施非常現代化，環境優美，衞生佳。是一個休閑的好地方。

UUtente ospiteHo viaggiato in quattro città, soggiornando in sette hotel diversi, ma ciò che mi è rimasto impresso dopo il viaggio non sono state le camere lussuose o i servizi di lusso. L'impressione più profonda è stata quella di un piccolo hotel a Lijiang, dove il personale lavorava in silenzio, senza clamori o stravaganze, ma con una sincerità che mi ha toccato il cuore.
Dal momento in cui sono entrato nella hall, ho sentito qualcosa di diverso. Non erano i saluti cordiali in lingue straniere o i gesti appresi dai manuali di ospitalità. Era il modo in cui mi guardavano, con sincera preoccupazione, non cercando di vendere un servizio ma facendomi sentire il benvenuto. La lingua non era una barriera perché c'era una vicinanza tra noi, semplice ma profondamente significativa.
Ricordo una mattina presto, mentre tutto dormiva ancora, mi sono messo sul balcone e ho guardato giù verso il piccolo giardino. Sotto, un membro del personale stava meticolosamente pulendo ogni foglia, ogni pianta, come se ogni foglia avesse una vita propria. Quel semplice gesto, nella quiete del mattino, mi ha fatto capire che quando qualcuno mette il cuore nel suo lavoro, anche il compito più piccolo diventa significativo.
Dopo aver sperimentato lo spazio e il servizio qui, ho iniziato a immaginare come deve essere il proprietario di questo hotel. Forse è un perfezionista, meticoloso, dedicato e premuroso. Se mi venisse data la possibilità, mi piacerebbe incontrarlo e imparare dalla sua esperienza. Come mai visita l'hotel solo una volta all'anno, eppure tutto rimane così impeccabile? Il modo in cui ogni angolo dell'hotel riflette cura e attenzione rispecchia la personalità di qualcuno che è attento a ogni dettaglio.
Forse è questo che rende questo hotel diverso. Non si sforzano troppo di accontentare gli ospiti, né esagerano nel mostrare un servizio eccellente. Lasciano che la loro sincerità tocchi naturalmente e invisibilmente le emozioni degli ospiti. E da lì, la soddisfazione segue naturalmente, senza sforzo, senza bisogno di essere pubblicizzata.
Grazie a questo viaggio, ho capito che nel settore dei servizi, non è una gara per competere sul prezzo o sul lusso. Ciò che i clienti ricordano non è il letto morbido o la colazione sontuosa, ma come sono stati trattati e quanta cura è stata loro dedicata. Tutto inizia con le cose più semplici: uno sguardo, un sorriso o anche spolverare una foglia in giardino al mattino presto.
Mentre molti altri posti si concentrano sulla vendita di servizi, questo piccolo hotel a Lijiang ha intrapreso una strada diversa. Non cercano di vendere; lasciano che sia l'esperienza a vendersi da sola. E quando quell'esperienza nasce da una vera dedizione, i clienti la ricorderanno per sempre, perché ciò che viene dal cuore rimane sempre più a lungo.

EEllieIl 270° grado è fuori dal mondo!Ha un paesaggio, guardando direttamente la montagna Jade dal balcone, decoro accogliente e confortevole, personale super amichevole e utile che prende miglia per aiutarci a divertirsi in Lijiang.
270 gradi è molto superiore a quanto immagino!Con l'insieme, vediamo la montagna di Long Snow, c'è un buon lago di Long Snow. La progettazione della stanza è molto comoda.  Tutti i dipendenti del populismo sono molto amichevoli e aiutano a progettare il mio viaggio di Long Snow . Lijiang si diverte e si diverte.Una folla di popolo sicuramente presenterà.

Solo poche cose da notare, questo posto è situato proprio all'interno della città antica di Lijiang, quindi le auto non sono ammesse, avrete bisogno di viaggiare a piedi per raggiungere il centro commerciale. Il centro commerciale dispone di personale per aiutare a prendere i bagagli dall'esterno della città antica all'interno del centro commerciale e è abbastanza abitudinato da camminare e da volare per salire anche le scale. Molto raccomandato per gli adulti di rimanere amichevole, ma non così senior cittadino, a causa del numero di scale necessarie per salire.

Inoltre è vicino all'ingresso dell'altro lato della città vecchia, l'hotel aiuterà a sistemare i bagagli. Questo hotel ha fornito servizi eccellenti, personalmente l'ho trovato migliore di qualsiasi hotel della catena a 5 stelle. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e ha dedicato molta attenzione a tutti gli ospiti. Adoriamo il bar dell'hotel, un angolo molto rilassante e tranquillo con l'atmosfera più pittoresca della città vecchia. Ogni giorno ci è stata data una sessione gratuita di tè, servita con un drink e alcuni snack locali. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto.

CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

* In generale - bellissimo hotel boutique basato sull'architettura Naxi tradizionale. Sembra un centro commerciale tradizionale, ma è in realtà nuovo e moderno.
* Camere - senza scena pulite, con tutte le strutture moderne.
* Benefici - eccellente colazione, bevanda di benvenuto complimentare, piatto di frutta di benvenuto complimentare, tè e dessert di pomeriggio complimentare, vino di piume di coperchio di notte e dessert leggero. Lavanderia complimentare. Bevande molli illimitate in frigorifero.
* Servizio - questo è dove Dublino è davvero in mente. Il miglior servizio che abbiamo sperimentato in Cina, e più probabilmente il migliore mai. Il personale lavora come una squadra ben formata per farti sentire a casa dal momento in cui ti accedi. Un grido speciale a Xiao Du!

UUtente ospiteIl quartiere di Bai, il cortile di Bai, il piccolo ponte che fluisce e la sua delicata versione dopo la porta, e il piccolo giardino e il cane, è un senso di diverso stile nel mio cuore.Il primo piano ha un quartiere di vacanza, molto ampio, il secondo piano ha un'area di visione e cinema, e il sole è in buona posizione durante il giorno. Viviamo al secondo piano e possiamo vedere la parte del monte di Jinshan che il sole ha fatto luce.Il capo è molto intimido, ci contatta tre giorni prima, ci ha inviato un caldo ricordo, come il tempo e i vestiti, e ci ha raccomandato cibo dolce. Durante la Lijiang, sono praticamente le negozi raccomandati dai proprietari, senza miniere. In generale, mi sento molto bene, molto caldo, ci siamo recati a Lijiang il giorno dopo, e'molto freddo, non c'è calore nel momento, e' l'unico difetto, ma per quanto tempo Lijiang ha rare anni di grande calore, dovrebbe essere anche un incidente. La prossima volta che vado a Lijiang, sono ancora disposto a scegliere questa casa, davvero buono!
