Good service. Hotel is locates in the ancient town. Traveller might need to consider due to car unable to access. U have to carry ur luggage to the hotel passing the stoney road. Its quite challenging. Hote reception is very attentive. Overall is good experience staying there. The room i booked stated have Mountain View but when i checked in only realised it is not. International version and chinese version system might have translation gaps. This have to take note. Anyhow the hotel upgrade for me on what i booked using the international version.

我們晚上11點多到的麗江，老闆來着小三輪來古城門口接行李，走的時候早上8點，打擾老闆睡覺也幫我們把行李拉出來了哈哈哈，祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進！
房間特別舒服，地暖温度剛剛好，不會熱的睡不着，有小茶几、沙發和書桌，吃東西和打工人加班兩不誤，還有行李箱台，不用彎腰收拾行李可太方便了。我們房間在一樓，外面還有獨享小露台，可惜天氣冷不好在外邊坐，要是其他季節肯定很愜意～
院子裏種滿了花以及長得像花的多肉，這才是花園客棧吶。在樓頂可以看到雪山，連續兩天都有點霧，衹能看到一點點日照金山，留點遺憾給下一次吧~

Incredible stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my hotel stay memorable. They have an outdoor cinema every night at 19:30. Only downside is the hotel is very noisy until around 23:00 at night and limited breakfast options for foreigners. 5 minute walk to Shuhe Ancient Town. Beautiful rooftop views and clean, beautiful environment and gardens.

We booked 2 nights at first, then decided to extend another night upon arrival.
Our designated butler 小麦was very friendly and helpful. She handles our luggage even we arrived early. She helped us when we faced problems with transport bookings.
The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast are provided and the food was nice with mixture of little western and local delights. (Food were served at their sister hotel. The sister hotel also worth to check out and stay)
Yulong Snow mountain can be viewed on third floor with ample seating provided.
Hotel location is walking distance (600m) from Shuhe Ancient City (束河古镇).
A little bit about visiting months. We came on mid September. Most of times were cloudy without rains but view wasn’t that good. We were visiting a few place just to catch the summit view of Yulong but ended bit of disappointment. End October will be better month as in our friends described (He is there with families now). Lesser rain falls and coming to Autumn. Skies are perfectly clear.
Don’t forget to check out the cafe and restaurant next to the hotel.

Non appena si entra nella hall, si può percepire che il personale dell'hotel è pieno di entusiasmo. L'edificio con soffitti alti e i colori possono dare agli ospiti una sensazione di calore, forse il sapore di casa (? La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era luminosa e trasparente, e c'era un piccolo e squisito cortile che si affacciava dalla finestra del bagno. Probabilmente perché è nascosto nei vicoli della città antica, non è rumoroso di notte e ha un senso di tranquillità nel trambusto.

Se mi chiedete qual è il mio spazio preferito a 伝屋, risponderei la hall e la sala da pranzo. Dalla finestra, si può vedere l'orto della famiglia. Le materie prime per molti dei pasti di 伝屋 provengono da questo orto, concentrandosi sulla salute naturale. Non avevo grandi aspettative per il cibo, ma la pizza e gli gnocchi vegetariani erano deliziosi! La pasta della torta è ben lievitata! Ho anche preso un mocktail e anche le uova strapazzate per colazione erano deliziose. Le zie qui sono davvero fantastiche. Non solo puliscono, ma cucinano anche piatti deliziosi. Inoltre, c'è una libreria accanto alla zona pranzo, che contiene molti libri interessanti, per lo più riguardanti la cultura delle minoranze etniche dello Yunnan, antichi edifici, storia, guide turistiche, ecc. Gli ospiti possono scegliere di sedersi sul divano accanto al libro e leggerlo, oppure prenderlo in prestito e portarlo in camera. È possibile prendere in prestito anche la sala audiovisiva al secondo piano, che ospita un'ampia collezione di dischi. LLEEWe enjoyed our stay here, so when we returned from Shangri-la to Lijiang, we made a repeat booking at this place. The cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff were the main reasons for our return.
Location: This place is situated near the border of the Lijiang Ancient City. It is close to the main road (2 min walk) which makes it easy to meet your driver for airport transfer or any tour you join. It is also extremely convenient to get to the main attractions such as Mu Residence (5 min) and Zhongyi Night Market (6-8 min). You will be away from the hustle and bustle at night, and get some peace and quiet.
Room: We were lucky that we got a room on the ground floor, as we had very heavy luggage. It would be very difficult to pull them up the stairs if we were on the upper floor. Every room has a different name, and shows that the owners put some thought into giving each of their guests a unique experience. The room we got was of moderate size, with a small sofa area for you to enjoy tea and snacks. There was also a kettle and four cups, and a 5-litre water dispenser that dispensed hot and cold water - I appreciated this, which was more environmentally friendly and generous than other accommodation which gave us 2 bottles of water (500ml each) each every day. The room was also equipped with heating, for the room and the floor, and they were controlled by the front desk. There was also a humidifier. The room's interior decoration was warm and cozy.
Outdoor: We also enjoyed sitting outdoors, idling, gazing at the fish, watching the flowers bloom, while enjoying many cups of tea.
Toilet: It was of decent size, with a shower cubicle that dispensed hot water pretty quickly. They provided us with everything so there's nothing you need to bring: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, slippers for shower, towels for body and hair, one-time face towels, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, detergent.
Service: The staff was hospitable, friendly, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed chatting with them over many cups of tea, and rose pastries. They even recommended travel routes and restaurants to us, which were very good, and we even got discounts or freebies by telling the restaurants where we were staying. It was easy to communicate with the staff on WeChat, they responded promptly, and arranged free airport transfer for us as we stayed more than three nights.
Food: Breakfast was served every morning, which included a bowl of Yunnan mixian (noodles), a steamed bun, a hard-boiled egg, corn, and some spicy preserved vegetables. Every booking came with one serving of afternoon tea, which included rose pastries and a variety of fruits. We arrived after midnight and the staff prepared some rose pastries and fruit for us, in case we would be hungry, which was very thoughtful of them!

老闆人非常的nice，客棧雖在古城裡麪，但離停車場就兩分鐘的步行距離，老闆還會專門出來幫我們搬行李，離店的時候也是幫我們搬出古城
房間乾淨整潔，非常温馨，還有一籃備用包，幾乎把我們想不到的小東西全部都包含了，細節滿滿
房間還包含了一個大陽台實在太舒服，到的當天和隊友坐在陽台的椅子上看着樓下古城人來人往，別是一番滋味，就像住在這裏久一點不想離開
我們到達的時候老闆準備了下午茶點，早餐米線非常好吃，晚上還有睡前銀耳羹，因為和隊友晚上去酒吧回來很晚，老闆非常貼心的用保温桶裝着銀耳羹，睡前來一碗暖暖的
總體來説這真的是一家非常棒的客棧，絕對強推，我們下次打算來這裏住久一點好好享受享受

客棧老闆娘很好。由於古城衹能步行， 老闆娘還特地幫我們託運行李進入客棧（前提是： 您需要提前通知客棧老闆娘）。房間設施非常現代化，環境優美，衞生佳。是一個休閑的好地方。

UUtente ospiteHo viaggiato in quattro città, soggiornando in sette hotel diversi, ma ciò che mi è rimasto impresso dopo il viaggio non sono state le camere lussuose o i servizi di lusso. L'impressione più profonda è stata quella di un piccolo hotel a Lijiang, dove il personale lavorava in silenzio, senza clamori o stravaganze, ma con una sincerità che mi ha toccato il cuore.
Dal momento in cui sono entrato nella hall, ho sentito qualcosa di diverso. Non erano i saluti cordiali in lingue straniere o i gesti appresi dai manuali di ospitalità. Era il modo in cui mi guardavano, con sincera preoccupazione, non cercando di vendere un servizio ma facendomi sentire il benvenuto. La lingua non era una barriera perché c'era una vicinanza tra noi, semplice ma profondamente significativa.
Ricordo una mattina presto, mentre tutto dormiva ancora, mi sono messo sul balcone e ho guardato giù verso il piccolo giardino. Sotto, un membro del personale stava meticolosamente pulendo ogni foglia, ogni pianta, come se ogni foglia avesse una vita propria. Quel semplice gesto, nella quiete del mattino, mi ha fatto capire che quando qualcuno mette il cuore nel suo lavoro, anche il compito più piccolo diventa significativo.
Dopo aver sperimentato lo spazio e il servizio qui, ho iniziato a immaginare come deve essere il proprietario di questo hotel. Forse è un perfezionista, meticoloso, dedicato e premuroso. Se mi venisse data la possibilità, mi piacerebbe incontrarlo e imparare dalla sua esperienza. Come mai visita l'hotel solo una volta all'anno, eppure tutto rimane così impeccabile? Il modo in cui ogni angolo dell'hotel riflette cura e attenzione rispecchia la personalità di qualcuno che è attento a ogni dettaglio.
Forse è questo che rende questo hotel diverso. Non si sforzano troppo di accontentare gli ospiti, né esagerano nel mostrare un servizio eccellente. Lasciano che la loro sincerità tocchi naturalmente e invisibilmente le emozioni degli ospiti. E da lì, la soddisfazione segue naturalmente, senza sforzo, senza bisogno di essere pubblicizzata.
Grazie a questo viaggio, ho capito che nel settore dei servizi, non è una gara per competere sul prezzo o sul lusso. Ciò che i clienti ricordano non è il letto morbido o la colazione sontuosa, ma come sono stati trattati e quanta cura è stata loro dedicata. Tutto inizia con le cose più semplici: uno sguardo, un sorriso o anche spolverare una foglia in giardino al mattino presto.
Mentre molti altri posti si concentrano sulla vendita di servizi, questo piccolo hotel a Lijiang ha intrapreso una strada diversa. Non cercano di vendere; lasciano che sia l'esperienza a vendersi da sola. E quando quell'esperienza nasce da una vera dedizione, i clienti la ricorderanno per sempre, perché ciò che viene dal cuore rimane sempre più a lungo.

EEllieIl 270° grado è fuori dal mondo!Ha un paesaggio, guardando direttamente la montagna Jade dal balcone, decoro accogliente e confortevole, personale super amichevole e utile che prende miglia per aiutarci a divertirsi in Lijiang.
270 gradi è molto superiore a quanto immagino!Con l'insieme, vediamo la montagna di Long Snow, c'è un buon lago di Long Snow. La progettazione della stanza è molto comoda.  Tutti i dipendenti del populismo sono molto amichevoli e aiutano a progettare il mio viaggio di Long Snow . Lijiang si diverte e si diverte.Una folla di popolo sicuramente presenterà.

YYxonIl servizio è molto buono, la gente è molto pulita, la famiglia è molto pulita, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo goduto della pasticceria rosa che il personale ha dato, è la miglior pasticceria rosa che abbiamo mai avuto durante il viaggio a Yunnan. Anche il latte di latte di ovino che ci hanno fatto ogni notte è molto bello! Solo poche cose da notare, questo posto è situato proprio all'interno della città antica di Lijiang, quindi le auto non sono ammesse, avrete bisogno di viaggiare a piedi per raggiungere il centro commerciale. Il centro commerciale dispone di personale per aiutare a prendere i bagagli dall'esterno della città antica all'interno del centro commerciale e è abbastanza abitudinato da camminare e da volare per salire anche le scale. Molto raccomandato per gli adulti di rimanere amichevole, ma non così senior cittadino, a causa del numero di scale necessarie per salire.

CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

* In generale - bellissimo hotel boutique basato sull'architettura Naxi tradizionale. Sembra un centro commerciale tradizionale, ma è in realtà nuovo e moderno.
* Camere - senza scena pulite, con tutte le strutture moderne.
* Benefici - eccellente colazione, bevanda di benvenuto complimentare, piatto di frutta di benvenuto complimentare, tè e dessert di pomeriggio complimentare, vino di piume di coperchio di notte e dessert leggero. Lavanderia complimentare. Bevande molli illimitate in frigorifero.
* Servizio - questo è dove Dublino è davvero in mente. Il miglior servizio che abbiamo sperimentato in Cina, e più probabilmente il migliore mai. Il personale lavora come una squadra ben formata per farti sentire a casa dal momento in cui ti accedi. Un grido speciale a Xiao Du!
* Posizione - Un altro grande stand. Letteralmente passi dalla porta anteriore (a destra del piccolo ristorante) ci sono un insieme di passi verso il canale. Da lì, seguire il canale alla Ruota d'acqua e al cancello nord della città vecchia di Lijiang. Il lungo viaggio è un grande mercato notturno vivace. Puoi anche scendere sulla strada principale proprio fuori e camminare su una vivace strada piena di opzioni alimentari. Pro Tipo : Chiedi al personale dell'hotel come arrivare al ristorante che è nell'ultima foto qui sotto. Delizioso cibo Naxi!

UUtente ospiteIl quartiere di Bai, il cortile di Bai, il piccolo ponte che fluisce e la sua delicata versione dopo la porta, e il piccolo giardino e il cane, è un senso di diverso stile nel mio cuore.Il primo piano ha un quartiere di vacanza, molto ampio, il secondo piano ha un'area di visione e cinema, e il sole è in buona posizione durante il giorno. Viviamo al secondo piano e possiamo vedere la parte del monte di Jinshan che il sole ha fatto luce.Il capo è molto intimido, ci contatta tre giorni prima, ci ha inviato un caldo ricordo, come il tempo e i vestiti, e ci ha raccomandato cibo dolce. Durante la Lijiang, sono praticamente le negozi raccomandati dai proprietari, senza miniere. In generale, mi sento molto bene, molto caldo, ci siamo recati a Lijiang il giorno dopo, e'molto freddo, non c'è calore nel momento, e' l'unico difetto, ma per quanto tempo Lijiang ha rare anni di grande calore, dovrebbe essere anche un incidente. La prossima volta che vado a Lijiang, sono ancora disposto a scegliere questa casa, davvero buono!

📍Posizione e ambiente: Il B&B si trova nel centro storico di Lijiang C'è un'incantevole strada di pietra proprio fuori dalla porta, camminando su di essa, puoi sentire la precipitazione del tempo e sentirti come se fossi di nuovo sull'antica strada del tè e dei cavalli . I punti panoramici circostanti sono densamente popolati ed è molto vicino a Mufu e Lion Rock. È comodo e piacevole da visitare. Le piante del cortile si completano a vicenda e sono rigogliose e verdi a perdita d'occhio. Il secondo piano è una caffetteria. Attraverso le finestre intagliate, puoi vedere il fumo delle pentole e il maestoso profilo del Drago di Giada Montagna ricca di fascino culturale.
🛏Esperienza di check-in: la biancheria da letto è pulita e morbida, con il calore del sole di Lijiang sdraiarsi su di essa allevierà la fatica e avrai una buona notte di sonno. Il bagno è spazioso e luminoso, con separazione tra umido e asciutto, articoli da toeletta squisiti e completi e fornitura stabile di acqua calda.
👨👩👧👦Atteggiamento del capo: il capo è cordiale e premuroso. Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in, il capo ha portato i nostri bagagli, ha servito tè e acqua e ha regalato a me e ai miei amici delle torte floreali. Dato che ero un po' iperattivo a Lijiang, andavo tutte le sere dal capo a prendere l'acqua calda. Il capo era molto sincero e mi forniva un servizio meticoloso.
In breve, la posizione, l'ambiente, l'esperienza di soggiorno e il servizio del proprietario di questo B&B sono tutti impeccabili. È la chiave per apprezzare il fascino di Lijiang. Lo consiglio a tutti e lascerete sicuramente ricordi indimenticabili!
