The hotel's person incharged is helpful. You can contacted them if you dont know where is the hotel. They will guide you. Plus point, the hotel located next to the main road so Didi can easily pick and drop you off. No need to drag you luggage at rhe gable roads. The location is very near to Northern Gate of the Ancient City, so it was safe for solo traveller since the area is not dead. The room is nice, clean and complete with all the amenities. For muslim traveller, good news for you because this hotel have a bidet in their toilet. The heater works well too, the room is spacious. But i think the hotel location will be quite far from muslim's food. If that is one of your considerations, take into account. Maybe better to find hotel at Southern area since there is more muslims food there. Overall, im happy with my stay 😊

I really the hotel view, room is clean and well organized, helpful owner, location is good and not far from main road, especially the price acceptable, I like this hotel and recommend to everyone to stay.

This is definitely the best stay for our entire Yunnan Trip. New and modern design rooms, equipped with all the amenities you couldn't even thought of eg Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet bowl, small little thing like nail clipper, heat pad, ear plug, lip balm and more. Our kids especially enjoy the overhead projector TV and couldn't wait to go back to hotel early everyday to watch the movie. The front desk guy and girl are tremendously helpful, they even surprised us by sending Hey Tea to our room. That's is really the best thoughtful services that we have ever encountered thus far. Will be back!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno inoltrabile all'hotel Nell Hefengting grazie al servizio eccellente di Mo Chen. Anche prima di arrivare, ci ha già aiutato e continuava a andare oltre e oltre fino al momento in cui siamo partiti. L'hotel stesso è senza spot e molto ben mantenuto. La nostra camera era al quarto piano, accessibile dalle scale, ed era pulita, accogliente e confortevole. Mo Chen ha anche portato il nostro bagaglio senza esitazione. Rooms were large and well appointed with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall I felt it was great value for the money. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed my stay here :) The room was modern, clean and is located right outside the ancient town gate. My favourite part about this hotel is the rooftop which overlooks the entire ancient town! My boyfriend and I boiled some tea and brought it up to chill, which was lovely! Hosts were also very kind :) Only thing to note is that while this room indicated a bathtub, there wasn't a bathtub. Also it's located on the second floor which was much less private than we thought. The host was really accommodating though! They allowed us to find another room on the same floor that matches closer to our expectations. Overall, highly recommended!

My partner and i had a recent three-day stay here and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we landed at the airport, the hotel's hospitality shone through. The host ensured our taxi pickup was punctual, making our journey from the airport to the hotel smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival at the accommodation, we were warmly greeted by the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His friendliness and helpfulness extended throughout our stay, providing valuable information about the area and ensuring our needs were timely met. The welcome package, complete with fresh fruits, was a delightful touch that added to the warm reception. The view from our room, especially at night overlooking the old town, was simply breathtaking. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with daily cleaning services and a replenishment of water and towels. Additionally, the host was readily available to answer any questions, whether through WeChat or in person, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service. Overall, my experience at Shanyu Nian Moon Allure City Villa Ancient Luxury Collection was superb, thanks to the attentive host, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Yunnan in my trip. The boss, his assistant Mu Zhi were friendly, warm and sincere. They really want their guests to have a fun time in Lijiang and will go their way to recommend and assist you with your planning to make sure you have the best fun! Mu Zhi helped us a lot in advising us how to get our Jade Dragon Mountajn tickets and intro us some of the good restaurants there! Room were spacious and clean with all the good amenities provided. Definitely will recommend them to our friends and will come back here the next time!

非常好👍的一家民宿，位置很優越，就在古城口，過一個馬路就進入了古城大水車。 環境：環境非常的優美，非常好，整個小院的花兒開得非常漂亮，設計的很精緻美觀。 設施：房間內的設施設備很先進、很齊全、大落地窗，隔音效果很好，睡覺一點也不吵，中央空調、加濕器、都是配備的全智能化系統，用起來的時候很方便，住得很舒服。 衞生：房間衞生做的非常乾淨，各個地方區域打掃得很到位，床品鋪墊的很整潔，看的出來打掃衞生的阿姨很用心。 服務：我第一次來麗江，提前加了微信，來的時候管家小哥到路口接的我們，熱情周到，幫我們拿行李，還介紹當地好吃的美食，還推薦了好多好玩的地方，真是太熱情啦！值得信賴，性價比超高，強烈推薦入住楓樹林客棧！不踩雷、超讚👍超讚👍超讚👍
