The hotel was beautiful, modern, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and they provided many lovely touches e.g. a warm drink in the evening, afternoon tea, and a leaving gift. The breakfast was fantastic. It was easy to find in the old town. The only constructive criticism we can give is that knowledge of the surrounding tourist attractions/how to get there etc could be better, but it may have just been a language barrier. We also didn't like to see the fish in the little pool but again this may be a cultural difference. Would definitely recommend staying here, it was miles better than another hotel we stayed in with similar star reviews.

本次行程住了四個酒店，從白沙的民宿開始到香格里拉的酒店再回到麗江的璞舍，最後到大理。璞舍是價格最便宜的，也是最滿意的。豐盛的早餐和精緻的下午茶，還有晚安飲。準備的日用品里居然有潤脣膏，來雲南幾天，我的嘴脣都刮擦了，衹能説太貼心了。送的手辦我很喜歡，感謝。下次如果來麗江，還會選這裏。

這是我們本次旅行中最滿意的酒店。酒店位置鬧中取靜，在古城邊，打車非常方便。前台和服務人員耐心、周到。酒店有完善的接送服務，有貼心的下午茶、晚安甜品，更會在早起時準備簡單的早餐方便帶走。酒店小巧精緻，準備洗漱用品時也面面俱到，希望還能再來！

設施：設施特別的齊全，音響，隨心包都給住客配備了
衞生：很乾凈
環境：安靜舒服適合度假
服務：服務特別好，會有接送行李服務
晚安特色甜品:入住就會送上小點心，還有晚安甜品
而且早餐有中式西式咖啡牛奶這些，品種非常的豐富，滿足了不同人的口味

此次出行最滿意的酒店，入住體驗，服務還有餐飲，全都超乎想象，特別是牛肚菌雞湯火鍋，更是此行最大的驚喜！隔壁二期快開業了，希望下次還能有機會來體驗！！！

來麗江住過好幾個酒店
這家的服務和貼心程度是拉滿的
是那種離開了好幾天
依舊會想起來管家貼心的程度

來麗江第一家住的酒店印象非常深刻
雖位於麗江古城，卻格外安靜
有種踏入隱世小院的感覺
房間裏自帶小露台、在房間放首歌
躺在露台上別提有多舒服了
重點是還不吵！好想再住一次哈哈哈哈

我要猛誇一下他家的早餐
好吃好看豐富多樣
雖然麗江的酒店大部分都是米線
但是他家的是我吃過最好吃的！！！

如果下次再來麗江
我一定會再定這家
有一説一 管家真的太貼心了

位置在南門附近，周邊不是古城的鬧市區，非常幽靜，古城進去走路五分鐘，就在洲際旁邊，坐車也算挺方便，環境真的很好，重點非常乾淨，有地暖，對於早晚温差比較大的麗江，非常友好，提供的下午茶也不錯，如果下次還去麗江還會選擇，工作人員很熱情，入住的時候提前在下車的位置等待，幫我們把行李拉進去（古城的石板路行李箱不好走），因為是很早的航班，又幫我們打包了早飯還送到上車的位置，還有伴手禮真的很貼心，雖然在麗江衹住了一個晚上但是和寶寶留下了非常好的體驗~~~❤️❤️
