Liang Jingru is super friendly and helpful!
After she found out that it was our anniversary trip then she upgraded our room the en-suite with the best view!
As we don’t speak mandarin but Liang Jingru went above and beyond to support us via WeChat chat as it has auto translation. She also suggested us where to get good food and supported us whenever we needed. Very grateful and we enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you so much Liang Jingru🙏

Very friendly and accommodating service! Well located a little way outside of the Lijiang old town with a nice view overlooking Black Dragon Pool. Stayed in a lovely, large suit well lit with natural light. The only slight drawback is poor circulation in the shower resulting in some mold. Very good Chinese breakfast with a wide selection of choices. Would definitely recommend staying here

We had really good experience at here! All the workers are kind and very thoughtful. Hotel is located near to the old town, and have beautiful view. We would come back here!

Service was very very good, one of the best hotels we ever stayed around the world. Lei Lei and all staff were very friendly and nice, always caring about us. They gave us many gifts, teas and friendly smiles. The hotel was very clean and they offered daily cleaning, they replenished towels, tissues and everything we needed. The food in the breakfast buffet was very tasty, specially the fresh noodles. They also had good coffee and they always offered free water. When we arrived to Lijiang they helped us to get a taxi to the hotel and they even upgraded our room to a lakeside view.
We will be back for sure and we will recommend to everyone back home to come here 😊💖🌸

Excellent hotel located just beside the Heilong Pool park with a perfect view of the park and mountains from the room. Service is tip top and the breakfast spread is one of the best I’ve experienced. This is a hotel I will definitely go back to when in Lijiang! Highly highly recommended and great value for money!
