YinYue·Sifu Designer Scenic Inn (Lijiang Flagship Store)

Location was great to discover Lijiang. The rooftop is amazing. Unfortunately the room was dirty when we checked in (hair, dead bugs on the floor and a lollipop in the bed). Although we told the hotel staff 2 or 3 times on the day of our arrival, our floor wasn’t cleaned during our whole stay (3 days). For the price we would have appreciated a better service regarding the cleaning.

There is no complaint with respect to the quality of the rooms are even with the location of the premises. Only nitpicking is with the service. They had a nonchalant attitude. Service attitude should definitely improve. We had difficulty reaching them on multiple occasions. The reception was not manned many times. Other than that, The Rooms were nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious. Amenities were good and modern, considering it's located in an ancient town. The location was good, in the sense that it's approximately 400 meters from the road where you can access taxis/Didi/buses. The location was convenient. Beds are comfortable, and the exterior is also neat. They didn't help much with sightseeing plans or in booking tickets to attractions, again itsa a service shortage.
