The hotel is very nice and all the staffs are very helpful especially the lady Ms Yan Min. We enjoyed our stay here, the coffee and the food are nice. I recommed this hotel to anyone that want to come to Lijiang ♥️

Love the stay here. The room is big and comfortable with a balcony. And the hotel is just few steps away from the well known garden. The service is fabulous and they always ready to help and suggest tour place for us. Specially thanks to the lobby for helping me to receive the ******* delivery. We especially like the complementary coffee bean bracelet making experience. We also got to experience cooking the coffee bean and brewing the coffee. The afternoon tea and the supper dessert are also very nice. Although we stayed in 3rd floor, they still offered to send us the dessert to the room and help to carry the luggage during check in and check out. As I stayed 3 nights here, they also offered complementary airport transfer to Lijiang airport early morning at 5.20am. Not to forget, they always have a nice smile on their face and very welcoming.

Very friendly crew and they offer tea breaks and desserts everyday. View from rooftop is great too. Location is away from the crowded tourists spots but still easily within walking distance. Room is huge and with good amenities.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)

Amazing big and spacious room! Really feels like living in the forest - I woke up to the sound of birds in the morning!! The area is definitely very secluded and great if you’d prefer a quiet area to rest.
Rooms and clean and lots of space - they are very thoughtfully designed:) 2 sinks & 2 Dyson hairdryers in each room so no sharing
There’s lots of space to hang clothes as well, entertainment channel is well stocked with lots of English and Chinese videos, I watched breaking bad while eating takeout 😭😂
As this was our first hotel in Yunnan, they helped to collect our Taobao parcels, and opened them when we requested for a pair of scissors.
Hotel breakfast is very nourishing with options of sweet potato, corn, buns, eggs, noodles, dumplings, soy milk and youtiao. We also engaged additional services provided with the room - photoshoot and clothing washing (after our 2d1n hike to Tiger leaping gorge)

We were upgraded to a suite room at another of their hotel which is just 2 lot away. The room were big and with a big bathtub. Besides breakfast, Coffee and cake were served in the afternoon and sweet dessert at night which they sent to the room. Service were great and room were new and clean. Short walking distance to the old town. This is a highly recommended hotel with a homely feel.

The homestay has peaceful ambience and perfect location which is next to the Black Dragon Pool and within walking distance to to north gate of Lijiang Old Town. The room is completed with smart devices, toilet with bidet, heated floor, and great view directly to Black Dragon Pool.
The plus point, the hotel also has elevator. It’s really help and convenient.
The homestay also proactively asking about our arrival & create a weixin group chat with a dedicated team to provide service. It’s really helpful for foreigner who barely speak Chinese, to ask questions & other homestay service related.
The staff all friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the hospitality during our stay.
In addition, it would be great if the homestay can provide customized travel planning or connect to travel agent in Lijiang. Because for foreigners, there’re some limitation to reserve ticket through mini program from weixin.

Less choice of breakfast. Only noodle and porridge. Noodle is unique big portion. Room is clean and provided humidifier. Staffs are helpful to help us move up and down the luggage as the building don’t have elevator. Tea break provide coffee and Tiramisu cake. The cake is handmade by the chef. Very nice. 👍 there is construction beside during our stay. Kinda dirty when it’s rain as our car couldn’t come in right in front the hotel, it’s quite troublesome for those travel with family and with luggage. Our shoes are all dirty and wet.

We had a super pleasant stay at this place. The common areas are super cosy and clean. The location is perfect - it’s just beside the Black Dragon Pool which is lovely for a stroll or to catch the sunrise. It’s also located just right outside the Old Town, which is great because cars can access the hotel, and you don’t have to carry your luggage through the cobblestone streets. Yet you can shop, eat all the good food available in the Old Town, which is a must visit! My 管家 was 糖糖 and she is very friendly, pleasant and kind. She’s happy to share about Lijiang with you, happy to bring you around the Town and share the potential pitfalls of traveling/tourist traps with you. She goes out of her way to make sure we had a great experience and understand about the local culture too. We had an early day to go to Jade Dragon Mountain, and she made sure we had an easy to go breakfast since breakfast hours are not open at the hotel yet. Super pleasant stay, thank you 糖糖！
