Located just about 1km from Lijiang Old Town, this place offers a convenient yet peaceful stay away from the crowds. Our room was spacious with a large balcony, though it faced other rooms, so privacy was somewhat limited. Do note that none of the rooms offer mountain views. That said, the service stood out — the manager (管家) was incredibly helpful and even arranged a personal driver for us the night before our day trip to The Tiger Leaping Gorge in Shangri-la, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable in terms of taste.

Hotel is big. Location is great. We love the facility with washing machine and hanging area provided. All the staff were friendly too

Big hotel, ok breakfast, don't expect much service, housekeepers don't clean the room, not worth the price compared to other hotels in Lijiang, and the staff here like to stand and gossip about customers, having fun and not caring about anything else.

第二次入住了，酒店位置超絕，就在古城入口，房間大，有陽台，鬧中取靜，員工熱情，管家小梅解決所有問題，為她點贊！建議是，第一次的房間還行，第二次入住的房間，衞生間和淋浴間是透明門，不方便洗澡和如廁同時進行，希望貼上私隱膜。總之，對環境和服務都很滿意，再來麗江仍會選擇這裏。

地點：地點優美，走2步就到麗江古鎮，和四街 房間：房間空間大，有陽台，非常適合家庭住 我們的酒店的地下發現之前顧客留下的紙巾，服務員立刻讓經理上來和我們道歉，然後送上一大盤的水果，酒店的服務真的超級棒～ 下次會再來光顧！ 也謝謝你們送的水果 強力推薦給所有遊客。

麗江酒店和民宿搜的讓人眼花繚亂，最終選擇了這家酒店，我們的房間是北樓的民宿房，下樓就有一個酒店後門是通往古鎮的，位置非常贊，既沒有住在古城裡的喧鬧，出行又非常方便。 服務方面也非常好，管家小梅可以做到有求必應，孩子發燒送來了體温計，並且還幫忙熱了白粥。早餐如果能更豐富點就更好了！

酒店地理位置非常好，在麗江古城重要入口處，去其他景點也比較方便，客房設施比較齊全，房間也比較大，衹是建議家庭套房應該佈置一個茶桌還是好的。酒店服務算是中規中矩，早餐還不錯，晚上的米線也可以，對於客人來説很方便。總體來講，性價比比較高。

超級滿意！就在古城的西南角，可以從酒店旁直接進古城。酒店很漂亮很大氣，房間乾淨舒適，服務也特別特別好，我們各種特殊要求管家小梅都能及時滿足，本人還可好看啦，真是人美心善服務專業的寶藏小姐姐一枚～

房間乾淨整潔、服務態度好。尤其是管家小梅，退房當天由於我們上午去雪山在退房時間趕不回來了，非常着急。在和管家小梅聯繫後，給我們辦理了延遲退房，讓我們和孩子能在房間裏能吃了點飯，最後按時出發去了火車站。在我們去雪山當天，酒店還贈送了氧氣，給我們遊玩提供了方便，體驗感很好！感謝管家小梅和酒店的員工！
