L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda: bastano solo dieci minuti a piedi per raggiungere l'antica città di Lijiang. È molto semplice uscire per visitare la città antica e mangiare. È anche molto veloce prendere un taxi per raggiungere i luoghi panoramici nelle vicinanze. È molto accogliente con i turisti. Il servizio è davvero straordinario. La reception e il personale sono molto entusiasti. Al momento del check-in, ci hanno aiutato attivamente con i bagagli. Ci hanno accolto con un sorriso durante tutto il percorso, il che ha fatto sì che le persone si sentissero molto amichevoli. Al momento del check-out ci hanno anche offerto mezzo piccolo spuntino, cosa che ha fatto sentire i clienti molto premurosi. La stanza è stata pulita molto bene e le lenzuola e le trapunte non avevano alcun odore particolare. Non c'erano macchie d'acqua in bagno ed era molto confortevole viverci. Inoltre, il tè offerto da Da Tan era buono e potevo berlo ogni giorno al mio ritorno. È stata una piccola sorpresa. Nel complesso, questo hotel è molto conveniente, ha una posizione comoda e offre un servizio attento. La stanza è pulita. Vale davvero la pena soggiornare qui per gli amici che vengono a Lijiang per turismo!!!

Sono venuto qui per viaggiare e ho prenotato casualmente un hotel online. Quando sono arrivato, una signora mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al piano di sopra. Pensavo che mi avesse aiutato perché non c'era l'ascensore, ma invece c'era. Il servizio è stato molto attento. Sdraiato sul letto, potevo vedere la Montagna Innevata del Drago di Giada. Chi lo sa! Anche la colazione è abbondante e il parcheggio è comodo. Molto soddisfatto, la prossima volta che verrò qui alloggerò qui. Il tè alla mela selvatica e alla prugna nera appena preparato in questo hotel è super delizioso. Ne ho perfino portata una tazza quando sono partito.

We are impressive with the services provided by the front office staff. Thank you very much for two pretty lady’s help to call Chinese Eastern Airline, we managed to change our flight schedule. Staff: Staff are very attentive and courteous. They are willing to go extra mile to help in anyway which had made a memorable impression on our entire journey. Location: The hotel not near Li Jiang ancient town. It is 15min walking distance. It is very convenient to take a taxi. Hotel Room: Hotel room is comfortable and clean. Afternoon Tea and Breakfast: The freshly made waffles were delicious. There were plenty of choice for breakfast. I will choose to stay this hotel for my future trip. In short, highly recommended hotel. P/s: Tea, coffee are provided at the front office. You can drink anytime 👍

Excellent service provided by reception. The staff were courteous & helpful. Despite location was 10 minutes away from the ancient town, the amenities, facilities & above all the services provided were more than compensate the inconveniences.

訂的雙床房，前台小哥和小姐姐都很熱情周到，小哥還幫忙提行李到房間，還給升級了房間，説“天氣好的時候，可以直接看到玉龍雪山”。房間很乾凈，整潔。給人感覺很舒服，服務很好。

這是一家超值酒店！6樓平台就可以看到玉龍雪山，喝着咖啡看雪山，休閑愜意！出乎意料的暖心:下了高鐵安排了熱心的司機接站，入住時送了每人一份下午茶，現烤的華夫餅非常香甜；趕上降温下雨，遊玩一天回來，酒店大堂準備了薑糖茶、海棠烏梅茶；離店來不及吃完飯不但給打包了早餐，還又備了一大包零食！！房間設施乾淨且高檔，配備房間管家精靈，一次性毛巾等，枕頭很舒服，比四星級酒店還超值！！！這還是一家很豪但不土氣的酒店，連電吹風都是戴森的，真讓人驚喜！！！！

楊先生酒店顧客經理態度非常熱情，緊急情況幫助得很快。我們水土不服，所以他的路上旅遊建議都更是有價值的。酒店服務員很認真。酒店房頂上風景很漂亮，玉龍雪山和其他山峯都看得到。第一層早餐菜譜不錯

整體非常超預期，是麗江住過的酒店裡各方面綜合來看最完善的，幾乎沒有短板。 衞生：房間非常乾淨，衞浴乾濕分離 環境：位置不錯，離古鎮步行可達，叫外賣也十分方便 設施：有天貓精靈控制非常方便 服務：應該是這幾天住過的服務最好了的，其他雖然也有房型升級，但是細緻體貼度不及這家，這家給我一種回家的感覺，餐飲也有歐式早餐，十分合我胃口 表揚一下前台各位，提供了各方面的便利，尤其那幾位弟弟，考慮非常周到，會跟親友推薦來住

這個酒店特別特別好，服務非常到位，進門服務人員就很熱情，免費升級了榻榻米大床房，門口的海棠烏梅很好喝！房間很大，非常乾淨，我比較敏感，如果不舒服，皮膚會泛紅，需要一次性床單，但在這個酒店不需要！ 床品軟硬適宜，對腰部支撐很好！強烈推薦這家酒店，比我住的亞朵還有很多五星級酒店都乾淨舒適，服務態度好！
