可以用失望兩個字字來形容！2500多一個晚上的房間豪無服務可言，我看了一下一共才十幾個房間入住，叫送個東西半天沒送到！早餐簡直是災難，沒幾個品類，第1天想喝咖啡，還説咖啡機壞了！裏面有個騙人的游泳池，那臟的像魚塘一下樣，有照片為證！下次絕對不住！

We had access to 24-hour butler service, and the staff communicated with us seamlessly via WeChat, making every interaction easy, personal, and incredibly attentive. Their professionalism, warmth, and intuitive hospitality made us feel like royalty, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. The rest of the team was equally gracious and proactive, constantly ensuring our comfort, entertainment, and well-being. Though we were tempted to extend our stay, we chose to continue our travels to a new province — but we left with heavy hearts. This stay was one of the highlights of our entire journey, and we will absolutely be returning in the future.
