Favourite hotel in lijiang hands down

Sporco! Servizio scadente, scarsa igiene e gestione caotica! Avevo prenotato una camera con vista sulle montagne, ma per qualche motivo mi hanno cambiato in una suite. Quando sono entrato, sono rimasto scioccato dalla moquette estremamente sporca! La maggior parte dei camerieri sono vecchie signore, con un atteggiamento di servizio scadente, e sembrano tutte cineree! Bouquet per la tavola! Guarda, questa tazza è così torbida che ci sono creature sconosciute! Le bevande e i drink presenti nel frigorifero sono tutti alimenti prossimi alla scadenza, e alcuni di essi sono già scaduti! Promemoria amichevole: i camerieri dell'hotel sono pigri! La gestione è caotica e le persone devono essere caute‼ ️⚠️

The hotel is right in the middle of the old town with exits right onto the city. Service is impeccable, from housekeeping, restaurant to reception. We were lucky to interact with the manager Miya at check in and she was key to an amazing stay. Went above and beyond to book us dinner, spa appointments and make sure all our needs were met. She even arranged a cake delivered to my room for my birthday. So nice and thoughtful! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Excellent location with direct access to Lijiang old town. The hotel is designed like an old village with little walk paths and plants…very good atmosphere. Fantastic view on Jade Dragon Mountain from Lobby & Restaurant terrace! Staff are amazingly attentive and proactive (especially Julie from Front Desk) Breakfast buffet was excellent with many varieties & proper seating capacity.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Lijiang Ancient City since it’s nestled right inside of it with a gated entrance leading to the city itself. The staff are all incredibly accommodating and offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to go to on the property no matter where we were, and even helped drive and carry our luggage to our rooms. The breakfast had a very vast selection, with some favorites being the small pot rice noodles (小锅米线) and the congee. The rooms were clean and spacious, while the beds were very comfortable as well.

Super love the ancient 古镇 feel of this hotel room, and its proximity and link through a back door to Lijiang Ancient Town. Service is excellent where the hotel staff delivered medicine and other amenities request where required. Breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!

Beautiful Hotel. Whole family was pleased with it. We had 2 rooms with a private courtyard arranged by Nancy. She was helpful from check-in to check out arrangement. The place is quite and well maintained. Is conveniently located. Breakfast was great! Special thanks to conceige Mr Steve Zhou. We were worried initially having to drag our luggage to n from our respective rooms which were a distance from the main reception. But Mr Zhou made an effort to check on the guests and standby at our check out time to bring our luggage to the lobby without us having to make the arrangement. His proactiveness and making sure nothing is left behind was remarkable. The only setback is the photography service in the hotel. Paid a hearty sum of money but the quality was not good and certainly did not match the price. We had similar photography service at Dali for one fifth of the price and so much more professionally taken.

Location is best, right next to the Ancient town. Room is very spacious and breakfast was best, had a variety of options and most importantly delicious. Worth for staying. The hotel is very big so you need to take a golf car to your room. Walking will be little tired. Hotel is a bit old but still it’s very clean.
